My experience with NVC

Our course curriculum was as difficult as you would expect from genetics. The curriculum was quite updated to international standards. The syllabus of the course keeps changing as in time new research provides new information.

There isn't much to say about the placement cell. I had a six month internship and got work in research. The college provided us with workshops and seminars to help us improve our chances of getting a job. The teachers also were very helpful and supportive.

The total course fees for a year for my course was 1,626 rupees. There were some fees additional fees for the admission. Either way the fees was quite feasible as we were abled to study quite advanced materials for that money.

Our college had many workshops, seminars and other activities. We also have a vibrant sport arena where many students can participate in sports professionally or just for fun. The college provides us with all the equipments. We also conducted and participated in many sports and other competitions

Our college had an in-campus hostel for both boys and girls. They were all very well-equipped and had spacious rooms for adequate prices. The hostel also has a mess which provided us with good and cheap lunches.

To get admission to our college, their cut-off is 50% in 12th standard and the marks obtain while writing MHTCET competitive entrance exam. The merit list would be published in the college website, where you can find if you've got in.

The department faculty was filled with some of the best minds. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They also took their time in the lessons but also gave us space to learn for ourselves. They were also very accomodating to us.
