No, you cannot join the Veterinary College, Bangalore (for the B.V.Sc. & A.H. course) without NEET. Admission to their UG veterinary program is via NEET-UG scores. For some state quota seats (Karnataka), selection is done through the K-CET Veterinary ranking, but NEET is mandatory for many of the seats.

What is the admission process for student from another state like Tamil Nadu how I can crap the seat veterinary College herbal ? what is the procedure
S

If you are from Tamil Nadu, you can try to get a seat at Veterinary College (Hebbal) Bengaluru, but not through the Karnataka state (KCET) quota (that’s mainly for Karnataka domiciles). Your realistic route is the All-India / VCI quota (and other non-resident/NRI routes if applicable). 5% All-India quota (AIQ) seats across recognised veterinary colleges are filled through VCI online counselling, which uses NEET-UG rank/score for selection. That is the primary route for out-of-state candidates to get into government veterinary colleges in other states.

Can I pursue veterinary evn after getting very low rank in kcet
S
Sweta Kumari
Apr 13, 2025 22:15

Yes, you can still pursue veterinary science even with a low KCET rank, though it may be more challenging to get into a government veterinary college (like KVAFSU) through a government quota. Some private veterinary colleges in Karnataka may offer management quota seats, which do not strictly depend on the KCET rank.
