Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology has a limited number of seats open for admission into M.V.Sc. and various Doctoral programs for the 2024-25 academic session through spot counseling and admission. Candidates from Odisha who have received a rank for OUAT PG Admission-2024-25 (Agriculture and Allied subjects) are eligible to participate. The spot counseling and admission will take place on February 25, 2025, at Dr. M.S. Swaminathan Hall, Administrative Building of OUAT, Bhubaneswar.

*If an already admitted candidate wants to be admitted into another department he/she will pay the full admission fee and the paid admission fee from the previous admission will be refunded deducting a processing fee of Rs. 2000/- and the previous admission will stand canceled. No request for adjustment of fee paid earlier will be considered.
OUAT MVSc and PhD Documents Required
Required Documents for Admission (Original & Two Self-Attested Copies):
- Application Form-B printout and rank card.
- Mark sheets & certificates (10th, +2 Science/Equivalent, Bachelor's, and Master's for Ph.D.).
- Domicile/Residential Certificate (if applicable, as per clause 2.3.1) (Mandatory).
- Extracurricular activity documents (as per clause 7.5) (Mandatory).
- College Leaving, Conduct, and Migration Certificates (Refer to clause 8.4).
- Medical Certificate (Annexure-II).
- Self-declaration for study discontinuation (Annexure-IV).
- Aadhaar Card and five passport-size color photos.
- Admission letter (if issued from previous counseling).
- Permission letter/NOC from the immediate authority (as per clause 2.3.2) (Mandatory).
