TCET Mumbai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the starting of final year students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like infosys, accenture, capgemini, DXC Technology, oracle, JP morgan, mahindra often visit. The highest package was 44 LPA and average is 6.50 LPA. Approximately 90% students get placed and other students apply for higher education. I was to get a decent job.

The college gives opportunities to students for campus placements. There are many big companies which vists the campus and offer jobs to students with a good salary. Some of the top recruitors are JP Morgan, Accenture, Bluestone etc.

The curriculam is affiliated to mumbai university, but the issue is that the mumbai university curriculam is outdated. They teach us electrical engineering, carpantery and drawing which is completely useless for my course which is computer science. This needs to be fixed, for the first year and second year students. The timings of exams are good and managable

1) The student becomes eligible for the placement from the 7th semester. 2) From this year, the college is only allowing companies with salary packages above 5 LPA. 3) More than 500 students apply for a company's online assessment, and still only 20-30 students get selected for the next round. 4) Up till now, the highest package is 19 LPA (at JP Morgan Chase & Co). 5) According to the past placement campaign, more than 100 companies visited Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, but how much of this information is true, is still not known.

I choosed IT because I want my dream job there nothing that I like my course but I think after getting my degree I'll able to take my dream job that's the reason Itoom this course Actually college curriculum provides us to develop our skills but it doesn't affect us that much Frequency and timing of exams are good they provide sufficient time to prepare

The course is likely to be great and the best you can get your hands on in the upcoming market and I guess it will be great if we are likely to be achieved things right out the campus which our college is helping us to do by making deals with many companies and working with them.

The computer engineering is a continuously growing field of engineering. The branch which has never ending demand and the branch which is at the centre of all the other branches such as AI, DS, Ml and CSE.

The course curriculum is fairly good in my opinion. Especially for the first year, it is really good. I wish there could be more coding and technology skills in the course. Example- studying actual coding instead of DSA theory.

Students become eligible for campus placement from 6th semester. Big companies that visit TCET includes JP Morgan Chase & co and infyTQ which are quite popular and give average packages of 17.5 lpa and 10 lpa respectively. The complete average package including every company that visits is around 4-5 lpa. 100% placement*. After getting degree I might go for higher studies through gate and pursue my masters in computer science.

The placement cell is also good most of the students from computer engineering department are placed. The average package that are offered is less but the placement cell help students in every way possible so that the students are placed.
