Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculam is affiliated to mumbai university, but the issue is that the mumbai university curriculam is outdated. They teach us electrical engineering, carpantery and drawing which is completely useless for my course which is computer science. This needs to be fixed, for the first year and second year students. The timings of exams are good and managable
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fees in total for first year is 159500, the reduced it this year. I am a general student so I have to pay full fees. I do not have any scholarships. The lab fees and other stuff is included in the fees itself, you just have to buy resources.
Campus Life
The campus life is good, there are several events like Zyphr and other events conducted. There are quite a lot of books and journals available in the library. There are projectors in the classrooms as well. Sports are not a lot in our college. There are a lot of clubs which you can join from the second year, some from first year.
Admission
On my percentile this was the only college I was getting and due to this I had to take this college. I was getting computer branch only in this college so I had to take it. The admission process is conducted through CETCELL website after mhtcet results
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is kind of on the higher side, but we still have mentors for every 20 students. Some faculty are more proactive in offering gudance and encourage students to reach out if they need help Approachability of faculty can vary, some professors make a strong effort to connect and understand their needs The exams are easy and could be cracked by just studying one night before, not recommended though.
