Course Curriculum Overview

course curriculum at TCET as largely relevant and comprehensive, especially in its alignment with needs of engineering industry. industry orientated topics like data analytics AI and sustainable technologies.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 148000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fees are 148000 rupees, which include tuition fees, caution fees, registration fees, development fees. Tutution fees are 129000. There are waivers for OBC SC ST. There is EBC and OBC scholarships. Even my batchmates have a similar fee structure.

Campus Life

Zhyper and TSPARK are two fests that college hots, another such fest is SUJORN. Centraal library at TCET is well mainted and offer a comprehensive range of academics books, tech journals and reference materials. in terms of infra, smart boards, projectors, high speed wifi and audiovisual boards are helpful.

Admission

VIT, KJSCE were the colleges i applied, but didn't really like the infrastructure there. TCET has a solid reputation for academic rigor, excellent faculty and high placement rates. Admissions are done through MHT-CET and JEE Mains. Cuttoffs are generally around 90-60 percentile.

Faculty

Factulty is great and very helpful, they have good experience about the depths of the subjects. Pankaj sir, Rupesh sir are very supportive. There are total 3 exams in a semester, 2 are short unit tests. 1 is a end sem annual exam.

Interview Experience

no there were no GD or interviews, it is a smooth and fluent process. admission is done very well and there are absolutely no problems faced throughout. No, there were no group discussions or interviews. The process is smooth and fluent. Admission is carried out very well, and there are absolutely no problems faced throughout.

Night Life

Libabry is open till 8:00pm in night, there are various cafes in vicinity, like cafe coffee day, tea villa cafe, macd, etc. hostel is on till 10 pm and campus stays open till 9pm. famous hangout places are MacD, chai sutta bar, etc. the SNGP is also great place near to the college just 20 min away.

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

i got in this college through mht cet and i wanted to go into tcet as it was near to my house and one of the main reason is placement. MY HONEST OPINION

As we all know that nowadays the travelling has become so hectic and challenging and consume a plenty amount of time from the day excluding the college hours. I saw thakur college of engineering as a good close by option and it is a tier 2 college nearby. Rest of the college are tier 3 around.
