ISI Kolkata M.Stat : Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The college admission process involves a test and an interview. The test includes the IITJEE syllabus plus additional topics, divided into two phases: Objective (UGA) with 30 questions in 120 minutes and Subjective (UGB) with 8 questions. Interviews consist of 4-5 questions. Preparation should focus on problem-solving, particularly using the Test of Mathematics at 10+2 Level (TOMATO) book by ISI. The faculty is highly qualified, all holding PhDs, and the postgraduate program fee is INR 50,000, though no course fee is charged, and students receive a monthly stipend (INR 8,000 for master's).

For the 2021-2022 M.Stat. course, the highest salary was 56 LPA, with an average of 22 LPA and a median of 19 LPA. Approximately 50% of M.Stat. graduates pursue PhDs. Recruitment occurs annually in October.

The college charges nominal fees for library and medical facilities and hostel fees of Rs. 200 per month.
