SCMHRD Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The students start sitting for their summer placements in sem 1 and most of them get placed in 10-12 days with the average stipend being around 2lakhs for 2 months. Many companies such as Godrej, Tata, Reliance, Flipkart, Accenture, Colgate, etc. visit the campus and more than 250 offers were made. The highest international package was around 65 lakhs and the average figure was around 23.71 lakhs. 100% of the students get placed.

SCMHRD is the 3rd best college for HR in India and we are among the top 20 b-school in India. We are also the 4th best B-School on unstop. SCMHRD is known for its remarkable placement status. The highest stipend offered at SCMHRD for the year 2022-24 was 4.4 lakhs and the average stood at 2.52 lakhs. Talking about final placements, SCMHRD grabbed 67.11 Lakhs of the highest international package and 35.03 Lakhs of the domestic highest package. The average package this year was 23.71 lakhs.

Campus placements are pretty decent at SCMHRD. Our college falls in the tier 2 category. The placement/summer internship process goes on for about a month and there is 100% placement. I've myself secured a job in an MNC

The first opportunity to know the corporate culture in summer internships and these internships occur in April- May generally. The final placements are quite good if you have ample knowledge of the subject matter. Thorough preparation is needed for the summer internship and final placements. Placements of the college are very good with 100% placement record. Students are provided offers from big corporate companies with so many roles to opt from. Some of the regular recruiters are HUL, Godrej, ITC, WIPRO, etc. Every company that comes to the college make at-least take one candidate from the college so there is no company which go without taking any of the candidate an offer.

The admission process involves an entrance exam called SNAP and then based on shortlists of the exam, the GD/PI process is conducted,which is one of the smoothest amongst the many bschools.

Through entrance test, after that a session of WAT, GD and PI.

It is required to appear in SNAP to get admission in any Symbiosis, which is aslo followed by SCMHRD.On the basis of percentile or cutoff on recieve the call for GE/PI/WAT process.

No college management was very accomodative of student requests and especially helpful towards non localites. The time tables and schedules were well managed.
