Course Curriculum Overview

There are three courses or programs at Symbiosis Centre for management and human resource development those are MBA Core, MBA BA and MBA IDM. We have a specific curriculum designed for all the programs and faculties is very well-experienced.

Internships Opportunities

SCMHRD is known for its placements. The average stipend offered this year was 2.52 lakhs and the highest was 4.4 lakhs. We saw a jump of 33% in the median compared to last year. The average stipend for BA was 1.61 lakhs. The average stipend for IDM was 94k.

Placement Experience

SCMHRD is the 3rd best college for HR in India and we are among the top 20 b-school in India. We are also the 4th best B-School on unstop. SCMHRD is known for its remarkable placement status. The highest stipend offered at SCMHRD for the year 2022-24 was 4.4 lakhs and the average stood at 2.52 lakhs. Talking about final placements, SCMHRD grabbed 67.11 Lakhs of the highest international package and 35.03 Lakhs of the domestic highest package. The average package this year was 23.71 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are comparable to the other colleges and the scholarship is provided by the symbiosis university to the batch toppers. We also get financial assistance from the corporates and the placement committee looks after such corporates.

Campus Life

The campus life is pretty nice at the symbiosis centre for Management and human resource development. We have a small campus which is shared with two other colleges but the infrastructure is really nice. We have a cafeteria wherein we can have some delicious Pune famous misal. There is a multi-sports arena as well. Classrooms are well equipped with tech boards.

Hostel Facilities

We have multiple hostels at Symbiosis Centre for management and human resource development. For boys, we vikramshila, and cherry blossom and for girls, we have fuchia and frangipani. We have 24x7 geyser and wifi connectivity.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

It was quite smooth. First, we had a written ability test followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. It was conducted by Admission and PR team and the groups were formed by them. Personal interviews were a bit technical.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Less fees good Roi.

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is decent good because as per the fees it will gives us 6lpa as a average package it is good Roi as per my opinion. There are maximum company related to banks and startups and mainly for Marketing roles. My plans for after degree to get placed with good package.

Placement Experience:

In semester 4 students are eligible for placements. Many companies like ICICI BANK, AXIS BANK and many compnay visited this for placement. Percentage of student getting placed is 80%. My plan is to get placed in college.

Experience at ASM IBMR

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after completing 2nd semester and entering in 3rd semester. Attendance is compulsory for getting the opportunity for placements. The companies like IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Property pistol, Godrej Capital are available for placements. The highest paid package is 9.75 for sales and marketing. Till now( 3rd semester) 60% to 70% students are placed. There are more opportunities for sales and marketing as compared to other fields.

PG Life at SSBF

Placement Experience:

Form the first semester itself students will be starting to get the internship opportunities as we have to complete 2 months of internship after first year. The third semester students, who come to campus after internship are all eligible for placements. JPMC, CRISIL, BNY, Federal Bank, KPMG, Tresvista, NUVAMA are a few of the companies visiting college. The highest CTC offered was INR 21.42LPA and the average CTC is INR 11 LPA.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

Overall, I would say that I think this is a very unique course being offered by SP Jain and they are very strict with the submission timelines and quality of work. This is definitely is not a run off the mill part time MBA. The institute makes sure you sweat to earn your degree, respectfully!

Sneak Peak into the life of SCMHRDIANS!

Any person is eligible who is completed his/her graduation from some well known university and having grad percenetage above 50(for general) and above 45 (for st/sc). The application form is available at the time of applying for the Snap exam else seperately from the college or university portal it could be filled. In Symbiosis International University, they have the reseravtion provision for Kashmiri Migrants, ST, SC, OBC, PWD. They are benefitted in the order of seat reservation. For Kashmiri Migrants 2 seats, SC 15%, ST 7.5% and PWD 3% of the total seats are reserved.
