I always wanted to be a buissness man. Reasons for joining K.J.Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research and why it is considered the top college in Mumbai. I want to explore the world. O heard a lot about this college.

Second year students are eligible for Placements. There were several companies that visited the campus like Google, HP, Oxford, DCB Bank, HDFC Bank, etc. Highest package was around 25 lacs and average was around 9 lakhs

Second last sem is when we are eligible for placements. Many Top companies visited the campus. 24LPA Highest package. 100% placements

The ranking of KJ somaiya in Mumbai and Maharashtra was a big selling point. Then its location being in the commercial city of India, Mumbai. 3rd point is its diverse and vast carriculum I got to study from. KJ also offers access to bloomberg terminal which is something really great to learn from.

Name, Diversity and placement. Moreover, the best college in accordance to the score I had. The location drives a lot of good opportunities and gives more companies a viable choice to come to the college and hire placements. Diversity is one of those things that allows more inclusivity and broadening of the horizon

Initially the driving factors were the college fees, accommodation cost, placements. This college had very good placements records and was designated in terms of the education system. It surly stand out to be the best in my list.

They have 100% placement in there campus they have links with international companies and they also helps you to understand the startup's how exactly the company works and they have excellent campu/ infrastructure with smart library which was main point for me

Name and location of the college was a detrimental factor in deciding the college. Apart from the these, the placement also played a key role in deciding the college. I went with KJ because me being a localite, the choice was simple.

No. Overall it is good college. but do not compare it with the top tier colleges.

This college is best for B.Tech and M.Tech with moderate fees. If you are good in your studies, then you will get nice placements easily. Almost every student who studies in this college gets placements. I also got placed in 2016 in Hyderabad. The basic salary offered is also good. If you want to become an engineer, then this college is best for you.
