IMT Nagpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From mid of 4th-semester final placement starts and the placement of IMT-N has been very consistent over the years. Average package of IMT-N stands somewhere around 8 Lakhs per annum. There are many reputed companies like HDFC, ICICI, Bain & Company etc comes for final placement.

The placement season of 2019 was on the lower side but college has managed well in the year 2020 in spite of the pandemic. The placement has definitely gone up with average CTC of around 8 LPA. There are very good companies like Schneider Electric, Bain and company, Nielsen, etc., which are regular recruiters.

Summer Internship Process starts in October whereas Placement Season starts towards the end of September. More than 90 recruiters visited campus this year companies include Bain & Company, CRISIL, Deloitte, BYJUS, Cars24, TATA AIG, KPMG, Wipro Berger paints, Tech Mahindra, and many more. The average Package for placements is 7.94 LPA and Highest package is 16LPA. The Average stipend is 10000 and every year all the students get SIPs.

I guess 5th term starting will be the placement session. Companies such as bain and company, TCS, EY, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Sutherland etc visits campus. Around 80% of the campus got placement even in the pandemic situation.

Entrance, GDPI

Campus placement starts from 4th trimester Brands such as Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, KPMG, Schneider, Orient, ICICI, SBI, Tata are regular in campus placement. The average package is around 8.5- 9 LPA. Almost the whole batch gets placed in all the streams.

When students get to the second year they are eligible for final placements. If a student has less than 5.5 CGPA then he/she is not eligible for final placements. Many companies visited for the final placement of the 19-21 batch though it was not that great because of the pandemic, the whole list can be found on the college's page.

Students begin preparing for Placements in the 4th sem and by the end of the 4th sem, the placement season begins. Delloite, Neilsen, Bain and Company, Goldman Sachs, Xiaomi are some companies visiting the college for placements. The highest package ranges between 16-18 lacs and the average package is around 8 lacs. Profiles of all kind in all specialisations are offered to the students. Placements are almost 100% every year. Accepting the Job offered and doing well for the company and myself.

After 4th semester sem students become eligible for placements. There were various companies that visited. The percentage of placement is 100%. The highest package last year was 16 lakhs. The companies from various domains had came for placements.

Campus placements have been good considering the pandemic, there have been great additions this year, owing to the jolt of enthusiasm brought in by our new placement coordinator. The companies that came in are Goldman Sachs, Bain & Co., Crisil, Barclays, Nielsen, KPMG, Deloitte, Volvo Eicher, Byjus, HDFC, Adani Wilmar, Xiaomi, RR Kabel, among a plethora of others. All the Summer internship students have been placed and around 40 remain for final placements, which will be complete by the end of the current placement season. The highest package has been 16 LPA and average hovered around 8 LPA.
