MCC Mulund Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements at Mulund College of Commerce are fairly good especially after the college received autonomous status. Some of the well known companies like Deloitte, KPMG etc visited. The average package is around approx. 3,00,000 per annum. In my case I'm currently pursuing CA along with my B.com degree so my focus is more on completing my CA course and gaining practical training rather than the immediate placement. The college provides a good support for students like me through flexible schedules, guidance and internship exposure. Overall, MCC prepares students well for both employment and professional qualifications helping us build a strong foundation for future career growth.

From semester 5 students become eligible for campus placement. The companies which visited college are Deloitte, KPMG, Asian paints and some other companies. And most of the students were selected. The average package offered was around 300000 LPA.

From the third year of the course or programme the placement process starts, various companies conducts interviews for the candidates. Last year two students were recruited in Deloitte and 2 students in Asian Paints. Highest package one can expect is around 3-4 lacs per annum depending upon your interview experience.

My college offered good and quality placement opportunities at the end of the course which includes decent packages as per company standards for freshers or interns. The company which offer placement opportunities are also the reputed ones.

In our orientation they told us about the placement and they told us that the highest package is 750000 which was offered by asian paints and the average package is 300000. The students are basically select through their ability,skills and marks.

Placement are available once student enter third year of their degree. Comoanies such as asian paints visited for campus placement with decent packages. Average package of 250000 to 300000 pa are provided in campus placement. A student with good cgpa are preferred

1) The one thing which influenced me for choosing this course is accounts, I love the subject accounts and I heard that their is a good faculty for accounting here 2) The curriculum prepares us for both course related subjects and communication related subjects, their are great opportunities for Presentation developing skills, business communication skills , developing skills and many more 3) Some teachers teach just like they want to complete the portion which is fine which their in every college 4) Exams are done on time and the duration is good we get enough time for studying

Actually, I'm a Ca aspirant, therefore I wanted a course similar to my CA study material and bcom is almost the same as my CA course. Therefore I chose bcom as my graduation course. A CA student the bcom exams are quite easy.

To be honest I had low percentage in 12th and had to opt for inhouse quota and I'm pursuing a professional course which the mcc knows that many students are doing and it arranges various such seminars to help students out bcom doesn't have real world application being honest but the name mcc provides it value since it conducts examination on tough level to maintain quality

Number of various companies come over to our college for placements including asian paints, delloite, KPMG etc. The respective companies have their own process of selecting the candidates and it's very rational to all the students.
