Vidya Prasarak Mandal RZ Shah College of Arts Science and Commerce, Mumbai was established in 2003 under the Vidya Prasarak Mandal Society. The Local Managing Committee (LMC) helps the administration of the college for its smooth functioning. The college is affiliated to University of Mumbai. It is approved by the Government of Kerala. The College offers Bachelor degrees like B.Sc (Computer Science), B.Com (Banking & Insurance), B.M.S (Bachelor of Management Studies), B.Com. (Accounting & Finance), Bachelor of Mass Media.
