GGDSD Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

This college has a placement cell which lets know about internships and placements, from about 2 years you start to get offers of internships mostly paid but some are also unpaid it's up to you if want to do the internships. Companies offering these placements or internships are MNCs like Byjus, IBM, etc some of them are NGOs and some are startups. From around 1.5 lakhs per annum, these placements and internships are offered and go up to 6 lakhs per annum. Many students pursue internships and get a job there and many are placed in the final year. It's up to the students how well they perform in these placement rounds. After BCA I want to pursue MCA in my opinion it's the best thing to do after BCA.

From the 5th semester onwards companies come for recruitment. In this year till now companies like Deshaw, Byjus, HIM technology, Gillard technology, Delloite, ICICI Bank have come out of which DEShaw is off-campus placement offering the best package of 2300000 rupees. Delloite and ICICI Bank offered a package of 600000rupees each. Byjus offered 5lakh. Rest other companies offered 2-3 lakh pa.

There is quite less number of placement opportunities for the students till now there is only one company visited icici bank that too was not of our field I would pursue with MCA degree by clearing the NIMCET2022.

GGDSD is a very reputable college in Chandigarh. It is under Punjab University which was a very major reason for me to join this college. Also there are only 5-6 govt colleges providing BCA, from which GGDSD college is the best. They have very good infrastructure for IT students which includes of well Air conditioned buildings, well educated professional teachers also computers for all students in different 8-10 Labs.

Companies like Infosys Wipro and many more come for the placement of the students and the students are well placed in a different part of India and went abroad as well it is all due to the qualities that help us for the placements there is an annual alumnus meet where the freshers can meet the alumni.

It is the best college in our city. I checked online reviews and it is best for any college. I asked my senior about it and they said it is the best college. The rooms are so airy and bright. And i got best teachers.

Best College in Chandigarh. Not a very good network of alumini as the alumini meet are held rarely. The course offers vivid learning as the infrastructure is very good, up to date labs and computer systems with i7 processor packed systems. Also the department is awarded A++ grade by NAAC. teachers are very much skilled and have an intrusive approch to students. The labs are so well maintained that working there actually is very enjoyable. The help teachers provide makes it even better.

My college comes under the finest college of Chandigarh. The college comes under PU (PANJAB UNIVERSITY ) THE UNIVERSITY HAS VERY GOOD REPUTATION AMONG THE all the university . The college is against ragging . The college has very cocuricullar acitivity and regular seminars ate held for the benifit of children

Yes according to me the college is very good but the college should have a hostel Facility.

I have done bca from there and i scored 65%. I cleared my bcs and got admission in msc punjab university campus.
