The course offers vivid learning as the infrastructure is very good, up to date labs and computer systems with i7 processor packed systems. Also the department is awarded A++ grade by NAAC. teachers are very much skilled and have an intrusive approch to students. The labs are so well maintained that working there actually is very enjoyable. The help teachers provide makes it even better.

The exam structure is very practical base with an approach that targets the skill development. Question are put up in such a way that practical and theory are in a well organized ratio.

Placements come annually with variety of companies coming like Amazon, Wipro, etc. There is no criteria of internal yet. The placement are given to different departments and company based in take. The students are given open opportunity to explore the placement campaign

There is annual competition of various course related events. Annual fest named PHOENIX is celebrated of IT department having event like debugging, C programming rangoli, web design competition, coding, etc along with dance performance, play, etc

The fees structure is very much feasible ranging from 38000-41000. It is as definite and set up by PU and is same in all colleges affiliated to PU. The fees structure is fully utilized as the labs are very advanced

The scholarship are awarded to students who are topper in University. They are given a Roll of Honor with scholarship of 10000 that is very much good share almost 50% of convention course fees and 25% of BCA course fees

Extracurricular activities are very good.it has activities like dance, sports, drama, music, NCC, NSS, Clay modeling, etc. The talents are given a good platform out there for exposure. Good amount of resources are also put into these

The college entrance forms are out in month of June, I applied in there and after a month there comes the merit list based on percentage of 12th class board exam marks. There are 3 councillings for fulfilling the vacancy. I had a descent score and got merit in the 1st councilling only. I chose BCA in GGDSD college because it is awarded A++ grade by NAAC. Also under the fees structure of Panjab University that is equal in all colleges affiliated to PU, GGDSD College offers the best infrastructure and faculty. The reputation is very good in northern region as well. Alongside the teachers are very cooperative and extracurricular activities are very much promoted to brush up the other skills of a students.

Faculty is very intellectual and helpful. Intrusive approch is there and every student is helped with whatever problems are there. Practical hours are separately given so as to increase the real time problem solving capabilities. Teachers are very informative.
