Our college received internships from highly recognized companies such as L&T, Mphasis, HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra, Hexaware Technologies, and more.

Dislikes

The main fault lies in the MU pattern. They are the worst. Every topic is not fully explained, only a bit of the topic is covered before moving on. How will students understand it? Additionally, we have to write both rough and fair journals. When will students have time to study?
Dont expect an internship just after completing your degree. In fact, anyone in college who is pursuing a BSc does not have to necessarily pursue an internship. They can either continue with their BSc or pursue any other course because there is virtually no scope after BSc

Dg Ruparel is one of the most premium college in mumbai with a very huge campus but not only campus the campus along with it the library

Dislikes

It's the good college to pursue your bachelors or masters degree but the only problem with this college is the management of the college

I am pursuing my bachelor's degree i.e. bachelors in management studies (event management)from dg Ruparel college. And the curriculum explains a lot about practical life management skills and the abilities to make decisions on the basis of the company

MY OVERALL COLLEGE EXPERIENCE WAS FASINATING AS I LIKED EVERY SINGLE THING ABOUT MY COLLEGE STARTING FROM CAMPUS TO TEACHERS TO EXAMS TO CANTEEN TO THE EVENTS .EVERY SINGLE THING IS QUITE GOOD AND INTERSTING.
THE CANTEEN FOOD IS MUST TRY FOR RUPARELKARS AS THEY PROVIDE DELICIOUS FOOD WITH VARIETY OF ITEMS. AND THE MAIN THING ABOUT CANTEEN IS THAT IT IS OPEN FROM 6 IN THE MORNING FOR TY FY STUDENTS SO THEY DONT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THEIR BREAKFAST.

THERE IS NO SUCH YET WHICH I HAD DISLIKED ABOUT THE COLLEGE BECAUSE I HAD ENJOYED EVERY SINGLE THING.

THE PLACEMENTS OS THE COLLEGE IS QUITE GOOD AS BIG MNC ARE THERE TO OFFER YOUA A ROLE. ONCE YOU ARE DONE WITH YOUR THIRD YEAR THERE IS PLACEMENT CAMPAIGN AT THE CAMPUS HELD AND STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COME WITH THEIR CV GIVE THEIR INTERVIEWS AND ONCE AFTER BEEN SELECTED ARE READY TO JOIN TO THE COMPANY. SO DELOITTE JSW PAINTS AND MANY SUCH COMPANIES HAD BEEN THERE FOR PLACEMENT. THE PLACEMENT DEPENDS ON THE INTERVIEW YOU GIVE . THE WAY OF SPEAKING AND YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ACADEMICAL KNOWLDEGE REALLY MATTERS. THERE ARE NUMBER OF STUDENTS WHO HAD BEEN PLACED THROUGH THIS COLLGE.AS THE PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITY IN THIS COLLEGE IS BETTER THAN ANY OTHER COLLEGES. A pretty easy life at college

The things which i liked the most about the college was the campus. Which is one of the main and beautiful thing to visit and spend a lot of time there .
Another thing is canteen which is one of my favourite where i have been seen eating new and tasty food after my lectures.

Dislikes

I didn't disliked anything till now as i loved my college pretty much.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The bcom is basically a course which includes accounts , economics and some legal subject as well. Prior only i had decided to choose this course.the teaching faculty is also quite good and experienced.The teachers are so cooperative that they helped a lot in solving issues as well. The exams held are not that much difficult to crack as question bank of some subjects are already provided and the paper checking method is quite easy which helps the students in passing the exam.so basically it was very easy to pass the exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose computer science because I was into computers since childhood and wanted to grow more in this field. The overall curriculum is great and the faculties are very helpful and friendly. Most of the faculty members have a doctorate or have completed their master's degree with other certifications. Exams were conducted every 2 months to check the capability of the students which helped them to get better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did my graduation B.Sc Zoology. I had an interest in this course. There are 25-30 students in this course and 4 -5 teachers. Most of the teachers are Ph.D. holders and they cracked the NET/SET exam. Teachers use modern technologies to teach. Special attention is given to each student. There are many activities conducted by teachers to develop the personality of students. There is a healthy environment in the class. Exams were conducted from time to time. The level of the exam was easy to moderate. If you have prepared for the exam the exam will be very easy for you.

The course curriculum is okay not the best we can say. They need to improve it. The teaching method is also good but not the best. The exams are difficult. It is a good examination center as the staffs are helpful and the environment is not bad.

The Best Placement College In All Over Mumbai DG Ruparel.

Placement Experience:

During last year/final year internships are organized by companies in our college like TCS, Infosys, HCL Technologies, Wipro Limited, Redington LTD, and more. These Internships are of a period of 8 months and only brilliant and focused students are recruited. These companies also check the past educations level and their percentages, 10th and 12th percentage is very important to be placed in them as a intern. They offered a salary of 12,000 per month to work as a web developer, project handler, call centre, and data entry. Companes also come after completion of graduation and they were TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Oracle, Accenture and more. Capgemini was offering the highest salary package with 8-9 LPA. And In that 10 students of class got placed. The lower salary was offered by TCS which was 4-5 LPA. And I was also placed in this TCS Company as a project handler. Nearly 80-85% of students gets placed in these companies after completing graduation and others join their family businesses.

Remarks:

I chose this college because of so many reasons first of all it is a very renowned college people recommended it so many times to me because it is good for learning information technology and the staff is also great.I filled the Mumbai University form and got selected on the second list. Admission process started in August 2018 and it was a smooth process and it is difficult to get in yet i got in on second list which was really important as getting in this university is too difficult.

Placement Experience:

During last semester students can opt for campus placements. Most of the students opt for higher studies. Highest package last year was 6 LPA. My plan is to pursue higher studies in Zoology in this college itself as the Master's Degree Faculty is also as good as Bachelor's Degree Faculty.
