I was a junior college student of ruparel itself but for science stream as I was preparing for NEET then 2 years gap led me to arts preparing for upsc and my college supported me by giving me admission on the basis of my merit as droppers are generally ignored in other colleges if not in the merit list. We have various field visits like I am an history and political science student so we had a practical visit to new delhi parliament and human rights commission.

This course is designed to give you many opportunities and career fields in diverse . Ther difficulty rises and decreases in accordance with ur field of interest . It's difficult I can say that , well I did get a 1 year drop in between by FY and SY , passing the exams a day before cramming everything is not possible. Only if you are interested and resilient to do it .Go for it !!!

There was no specific curriculum. I chose BCom because I wanted to keep my option open. The curriculum does give some idea of the industrial world, but it does not fully prepare the student for industry. If one is Thinking of pursuing bachelors of commerce, they should also also think Think about the courses that can get them industrial ready

I choose double major in TY as psychology and English literature. Even since i entered this college and started to learn psychology as my subject i fell in love with psychology. Its so interesting that how you can learn people by their actions and behavior. And i would like to complete my education through this.

Placement are available in our college but I suggest rather than doing a job go for msc there are various option as I am about to opt chemistry in 3rd year in basis of that I'll choose what I have to do like doing msc is must in today's date

I choose this course to complete my degree and do C.A and it's my best about this degree because it is easy to understand and it helps to get knowledge about C.A also and the exams that conduct in our college is moderate

Basically I wanted To Do BCOM as a Secondary Course As I am Persuing A Professional Course Called CMA. BCOM Basically Prepares a student to get a basic knowledge about the Commerce World. BCOM needs improvement in fields such as adding new subjects in the curriculum which are important in the new world.Exam happens every 4 months . Sem 1 and sem 2

I am pursuing my bachelor's degree i.e. bachelors in management studies (event management)from dg Ruparel college. And the curriculum explains a lot about practical life management skills and the abilities to make decisions on the basis of the company

THE PLACEMENTS OS THE COLLEGE IS QUITE GOOD AS BIG MNC ARE THERE TO OFFER YOUA A ROLE. ONCE YOU ARE DONE WITH YOUR THIRD YEAR THERE IS PLACEMENT CAMPAIGN AT THE CAMPUS HELD AND STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COME WITH THEIR CV GIVE THEIR INTERVIEWS AND ONCE AFTER BEEN SELECTED ARE READY TO JOIN TO THE COMPANY. SO DELOITTE JSW PAINTS AND MANY SUCH COMPANIES HAD BEEN THERE FOR PLACEMENT. THE PLACEMENT DEPENDS ON THE INTERVIEW YOU GIVE . THE WAY OF SPEAKING AND YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ACADEMICAL KNOWLDEGE REALLY MATTERS. THERE ARE NUMBER OF STUDENTS WHO HAD BEEN PLACED THROUGH THIS COLLGE.AS THE PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITY IN THIS COLLEGE IS BETTER THAN ANY OTHER COLLEGES. SO ONCE YOUR DONE WITH THE THIRD YEAR TRY TO GIVE MORE AND MORE INTERVIEWS.

The bcom is basically a course which includes accounts , economics and some legal subject as well. Prior only i had decided to choose this course.the teaching faculty is also quite good and experienced.The teachers are so cooperative that they helped a lot in solving issues as well. The exams held are not that much difficult to crack as question bank of some subjects are already provided and the paper checking method is quite easy which helps the students in passing the exam.so basically it was very easy to pass the exam.
