Dg Ruparel is one of the most premium college in mumbai with a very huge campus but not only campus the campus along with it the library

Dislikes

It's the good college to pursue your bachelors or masters degree but the only problem with this college is the management of the college
Might help you in your problem although it's a good college

Course Curriculum Overview

I am pursuing my bachelor's degree i.e. bachelors in management studies (event management)from dg Ruparel college. And the curriculum explains a lot about practical life management skills and the abilities to make decisions on the basis of the company

Class Size: 110Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Bachelors of management studies is widely offered course but mostly in private colleges with tons of fees but the same course is offered in dg Ruparel college with extremely low fees as compared to many of the private institutions out there the bms course from dg Ruparel is pocket friendly for middle class peoples like us

Campus Life

To be honest there are not much fests or events in dg Ruparel college they rarely take place ones or twice a year but the best part is 'vidhyarthyancha vignaharta ' Ganpati There are wide range of books available to access in the library The facilities available in the classroom are average Dg Ruparel college is mainly known for its sports there is a private college Gymkhana inside the campus the Gymkhana covers wide range of games like chess, carrom, shooting etc

Admission

You're eligible for the course ones you've completed your HSC qualification from a recognised board You can find each and every application document on the official website of dg Ruparel or else you can also visit the college Personally i am from Nt(d) caste and I've availed my reservation benefits by submitting my caste certificates and other documents The difficulty level of exams is average

Faculty

The faculty is really poor in the college Some good teachers as well who can solve your doubts (without insulting you in front of your class) and teachers like them are really blessings . But as compared to other government college Ruparel college has better faculty (in my opinion.

The straight away reason for not applying in dahanukar and applying in Ruparel is Ruparel is NAAC A rated college and dahanukar is B rated (it might me changed now)) and the other thing was the campus the best part about the Ruparel college is it's campus

Dislikes

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.
The placement department needs improvement as more core internship and job opportunities could be provided for undergraduate finance and BMS students
There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

Likes

The faculty is extremely experienced and provides valuable industry perspective.
The campus is modern and equipped with smart classrooms, media, labs, studios and an excellent library.
The placement cell is very helpful and active, getting students placed with firm.

Dislikes

The hostel is not good so providing variety in food.
sometimes coordination between department can be smoother.

Best College with Loving Memories

Admission:

The admission process is easy in my college. Students do not have to appear for any Entrance examination. For Taking admission in B.M.S course, students should get minimum45% marks and reserved category students should get 40% marks in Xll Standard.
