Surendra Institute of Engineering and Management Darjeeling Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 7th semester, students are allowed for placement. 3 to 4 companies are coming for the placement. The highest package in our time was - 7 lakh/Annum Avg package - 4 lakh/Annum, Percentage of students getting placement-24% My plan was to complete m.tech

College placements are pretty decent. For instance, this year companies like Biskfarm and TopTech TMT bars offered annual packages of 3.0 LPA. The highest package offered was 12 LPA. I can provide no re information about college placement since I am in the first year myself but I will surely update my review after I collect more information on it.

Overall it was a good college because its ethics were strong they had good faculties as well and a few teachers was very friendly towards students sports sections use to have good teachers. But TPO didn't have a good network in companies but my college days were best so it was a lovely journey in my life. Lastly I would say "I GONNA MISS MY COLLEGE DAYS "

The college has made nothing but postive memories for me. Being part of the core committee and also getting involved in numerous activities really widened my way of thinking which has helped me a lot in the day to day life. Also regarding academics you can clear you doubts at any given point of the day there's no issue in that.

I score 2076 rank and opt for college for mechanical engineer since this one close to my house so i chose it and found to be well experienced faculty member.
