Good faculty members, great approach for teaching new concepts, faculty is friendly and helps to get new opportunities, available for almost whole day to help students
Campus placement at the college is good and with good package
In our college there are various types of scholarship like hostels,for various categories.

Dislikes

Hostel facility is average sometimes there is no cleaning on the regular basis, also there are frequent electricity cut off no wi-fi facility for the students of hostel, and also the shortage of hot water in morning for the bath.
The hostel facility is not good , the workers in the hostel does not have a good behaviour.
Faculties are not supportive some are very arrogant, no one listen to the students opinion.

Likes

Campus life is better, they have created a food court and renewed the canteen which is far more better now.
The fests are just a thing you can't miss, you get different opportunity to develop yourself wheter it be for sponsorship or event management
Faculty is quite supportive , they keep taking sessions, to support students in overall aspect i.e sessions on mental health we also have a gfm which is guardian faculty member

Dislikes

Attendance required is 100 percent which is quite impractical
Exams have a timeline issue, they should have proper gaps between them
Importance and time for sports and extra curriculum should be given

Placement Experience:

From 3 rd yr students become eligible for placements, the no. Of placements is high but the quality is not so high. Many mass requirting companies visit the campus, butcompanies with package more than 20 lpa hardly visit. Almost 70-80 percent which opted for jobs got placed. My plan after getting degree is to do a job or prepare for higher studies

Quest for excellence : A detailed Assessment of jspm's Rscoe college

college is autonomus because of that syllabus is developed according to the future scope.
There are various clubs is in our college because of that we can take part in a activities that we are interested.
most of the teachers are phd holders and labs are well maintained.

Dislikes

college duration is too long .it is about 7 hours.
college campus area is small. small ground for playing sports.
college is very strict about attendance. attendance should be more than 75% or you have to go through compress term.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester we become eligible for the placements.There are many companies visits our campus just like tcs,veritas ,capgemini , cognizant , ENY , neutanics etc. Highest package provide by our college last year is 30 lakh ctc. Average package provided by our college is around 4-4.5 lakh.

RSCOE : A critical descision.

Likes

Things I like that NSS club is good active in the college and also performing very well.
Training and placement cell is also responsible and taking care of the placements of the student taking care of placement of student.
New food court is recently constructed so the problem of having variety of food at one place is solved a little bit.

Dislikes

Faculties are not supportive some are very arrogant, no one listen to the students opinion.
College is more focus torrent studies and placement so the social life of the student is hamered.
Attendance is mandatory 75% for all the student so it becomes difficult to participate in other activities which are held in other colleges.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good as the training and placement cell is quite active in the college college also has mou with many renowned companies and the Hinjewadi IT hub is just 2 to 3 km from the college so many of the companies reach the college for hiring.

Likes

Overall experience is good faculty members are to polite
But faculty members should be focus on teaching rather than attendence
College provide freedom for extra curricular activities is positive thing

Dislikes

I dislike the campus life of College college don't have ground
College not provided that much offer they said in staring of first year
I don't like the rules for attendence they should focus on teaching rather that this things

Placement Experience:

After completion of 6 th sem students become eligible for campus placement, company like tcs , Capgemini, Accenture visit to college for core branch KPIT is mass recruter with pakage of 4.5 , students get place about 50-60 percent.

Overall good experience for placement and study abroad development

The placement activities and organisations
The teachers are supportive if you are showing some progress
There are many groups to hone our extracurricular skills

The infrastructure can be improved more and can be better

The placement is very good the highest package offered is 40 LPA by Adobe and the average ranges from 4- 4.5 LPA. Almost 100 percent of students in our batch are placed. The companies like Adobe, Kpit, Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, exchange, and Hexaware, and persistent visit the campus.

In general, students in our college become eligible for campus placements in their final year of study. Companies from a variety of industries like Veritas, Amazon, Hhaexchange, Hexaware, cognizant, TCS, etc. visit our campus for full-time positions and the number of offers made can vary from company to company. The highest was given by Amazon which was 42Lpa, and the average package for our college is 7LPA. Mine also looking for placements to get into the IT industry after getting the degree.

Placement Experience:

Good college for placement of it as well as core companies many companies like TCS, Infosys and accentuate visit every now and then many core companies like Bentley continual, tata also visits good Amount of packages avail by students. An average package of 5 lac and a max of 42 LPA has been availed. Around 60 to 70 % of students get placed in this college.

Placement Experience:

RSCOE offered placements for students by TPO Cell . The average package students gets is around Rs. 350000 to 400000 Per year. Around 70 to 80% students get placements from college. The MNCs like TCS , Wipro , Accenture , Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Veritas, Cognizent etc came to college for placements.
