Reality of PES Modern college of engineering

Faculty:

The faculty at PES modern college of Engineering are generally very helpful in nature, kind, good, experienced and well qualified with many holding master's or phd degrees. the faculty-to-student ratio is good around 10:1, which facilities a supportive learning environment and easy approchability for doubt-solving.my fav teacher is our GFM(class teacher) Mr. Gajanan vanjari sir is the best teacher of maths ever in FY b tech. The teacher which i don't like mean the whole class don't like her , she is our c language teacher. In our college there are 4 exams in a semister , CIE1, CIE2, CIE3, SEE. CIE is of 20 marks and SEE is of 60 marks of each subject.

PESMCOE a real view of college.

The faculty member the college are good. Each department are having diffrent teachers.we are having all kinds of teachers . there are teachers who are having expreince more than 15 years also. Some teachers are teaching reallly good and giving there all 100 percent in teaching and also guiding students in nice way . they are also giving some extra information apart from the syllabus also. Some Teachers are new. Having less experiece but they are also having nice teachings. As such the college is made autonomous there is nkot so much load othe exams. as there are 3 cie exams of 20 marks each which are conducted every month onthe the topics teached. and at last there is SEE exam of 60 marks of whole syllabus teached . It is related to the the SPPU syllabus only . The subjects Are aas per the SPPU guidelines.Exams are also conducted as per the guidlines provided by the SPPU. Questions banks are provided before the exam . questions are related to that questions only. There is not so much load of the exams taken. As if we fail in the exam we are given a chance to clear it.

Life In PES Modern College Of Engineering, Pune.

The teaching staff is good and friendly for a student who is good in studies. you can easily ask your doubts or clear your concepts during college timing which is 8am-6pm. but the behaviour of some teacher perticularly in my department is very rude.overall faculties are good for every department. no. of female faculties are much then male faculties. The professor which i much like accrding to their teaching and behaviour are pro. gajanan vanjari(maths department), prakhar kherdakar(physics), panchashila pillevar(electrical department),etc. there are mainly 4 exams held in perticular semister 3CIE and 1SEE. the no. of failure in first year are more then second year approx 60%. But the good thing is that they provide question bank for every examination. the curriculum of course is balanced on theory as well as practicals.

From year 2024 college has become autonomous so yeah it has a well exam patterns from now onwards each semester has assignment work and 3 test for internal mark evaluation Overall faculty members are really well. High experience and always available for students for help

FACULTY MEMBER WERE VERY EDUCATED THEY WERE HAVING MORE THAN 10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN TEACHING FIELD THEY WERE ALWAYS READY TO SOLVE OUR DOUTS AND TAKE OUR FEES LECCTURE WE LEARN THE REAL MEANING OF EDUCATION THROUGH EXPERIMENTAL ACTIVITIES.

An review form an AVG bored student

The staff is very student friendly the teaching is very good and the teaching is as per the latest syllabus that a student has to know

A class is divided in 3 batches for practicals and they're assigned a mentor for them to whom they can ask anything and everything it's 1 mentor per 20 students Bagul sir was our mentor and sir really helped me as I was from Jammu and knew very little Marathi , they used to teach us in easy understandable language Not much faculty that I didn't like everyone's good There are 3 internal exams and they're pretty easy , you're provided with the notes and it's pretty easy Then there's the end semester to which the pattern is same

PES MCOE

The faculties are very approachable and there is a satisfying faculty : student ratio. They are available most of the time for any academic related issues, doubt solving (there are always some who are not but it's ok you can't expect much in an engineering college).

Modern college of engineering review by a not so modern student

The teaching staff and support is great.
The faculty is helpful and very knowledgeable

The faculty to students ratio is very good and the teachers a re very supportive. They reply to my texts at late nights as well (atleast some of them). I also like the physics professor he has a very good hold on the subject and i feel he makes the subject very interesting for students to understand. Students have exams every month as they conduct exams after every 2 units so that the students can learn better.

My best college

From this year 2024 modern college of engineering become autonomous due to that they conduct CIE 1 CIE 2 and CIE 3 before end sem exam and that not so much difficult and mostly students passed in whole exam conducted by the college

Great college no campus

The relationship of faculty to students is great but only with some of the faculty members I liked the most about my maths faculty sir Gajanan Vanjari sir . The BEEE faculty only looked for finishing the syllabus There are total 4 exams each sem here as of autonomy first year CIE-1,2,3 and then end sem
