PES Modern Law College is one of the most popular law colleges in Maharashtra. The institute is very young but in spite of its small age it has been successfully in carving a niche for itself in the world of legal education. Academic excellence is not the only point that is given great importance by the institute, but it also believes in the promotion of various co-curricular activities. The college offers postgraduate and undergraduate courses in the field of law. It also houses foreign students coming from Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan. Special attention is given to the problems faced by these students and even with their counseling and orientation.

Admission:
The admission process of done through MHCET exam- students have to clear the MHCET exam and every college has a different cut-off. Each college has 15%seat reserved for OMS seats Cut out varies for OMS students and MS students
Course Curriculum Overview:
Regular court visits are arranged for the students to get the taste of the professional work not just in the state but in the country. Seminars are organized for the benefit of the students, which is quite necessary, and not all colleges do that. Proper guidelines are followed.

College follows the course curriculum very properly, they have interactive modes of teaching, guest lecturers, Presentation & seminar, Group discussion, Personality development program, court visits being conducted by the college.
Admission:
Placement cell doesn't really work as promised can be improved
Placement Experience:
Not many companies come to our college for placement. Placement is a part of the college but the number of companies and firms coming in to recruit are too less as compared to the number of students the college caters for BALLB. The average package goes around 4-5 lakhs per annum. Internship is provided by the college.
