The course curriculum is very much up to date it is updated every 2 years. As they update it frequently using standard textbooks of Pune University is pointless and you need to refer to the books in the college library.
I have chosen B.Tech in Chemical engineering because I was interested in chemistry. The faculty at our college are very helpful and they provide all the academic support the students need. The student-to-teacher ratio is 50:10. The faculties at MITWPU have quite qualified almost many teachers are PHD-Qualified and most of the teachers at MITWPU are working on many international and local projects. Exams at MITWPU are conducted quite strictly where in one class one supervisor is allotted. Exams here at MIT Wpu are conducted every week so that to check whether students are doing a study or not. Here at MIT Wu, we have a tri-Sem pattern. Every sem is of 3-4 months and after completion of every sem one sem end exam is conducted if students have any backlog sub it is clear after the end of the year
As I completed my diploma in Information Technology , I took admission for degree in Computer Science field, Teachers are highly qualified with proper understanding of the subject they teach , In a year we have three semester so basically it's three months one semester in one month teachers complete two units of each subject we have in current semester and we had mid term exam after that remaining syllabus is completed and final exam is held.
I choose this course because I am interested to know how circuits are made and networking. 10:54. I don't know about qualification but their teaching method is very good and they solve doubts also. In three months and it is a little bit difficult but if you study well then you will find it easy to solve the paper.
Fees for general category was normal and affordable. One can also apply for some government scholarships like ECB even if they are from general category who have less annual family income. Also there are some private scholarships form TATA .
Recently they have moved out of the pune university and now it comes under the MIT world peace university. Hence the fee structure has surged significantly. Earlier it was affordable but now it is bit on the expensive side. Nonetheless they are improving the facilities and exposure for the students.
College comes under Pune University so the syllabus was up to date, practical.learning was more and we learnt the practicals individually. The labs and other equipments required for practicals were great and it gave us good opportunity to learn new things by experimenting by ourselves
I've chosen computer engineering because I'm much interested in learning coding and programming. And the placement of this branch is also very good. Faculty members of this college are also very knowledgeable and having experience of both educational and corporate field. Almost all the faculty members are PhD in qualification. Term exams are taken in every 6 months i.e. semester wise.
I can say it is feasible as all the facilities provided. The program fees for is nearly 100000. College accept cash, cheque and DD for fees payment. The college gives you a receipt which has properly fee breakdown. The college provide all the facilities required by us to learn new skills.
The fee structure is feasible. It was around 1 Lakh 6 thousand per year in 2011. The same structure continued for the rest of the years. There are no additional fees paid in order to secure admission. The college provides full transparency in the fee breakup.
