- Maharashtra NEET PG Counselling 2024 has started for admission to State Quota MD/MS Seats. The Seat Matrix and State Merit List for Maharashtra NEET PG Counselling 2024 will be released on November 21 and November 22, respectively. The choice filling for Round 1 Counselling is scheduled from November 23 to November 25. Candidates can fill in their choices online @medical2024.mahacet.org/NEET-PGM-2024. The Round 1 Seat Allotment Result will be released on November 28, 2024.

- Infrastructure: Well equipped classrooms, clinic rooms or seminar halls, well-equipped practical halls and laboratories, departmental library, office rooms, a well equipped Dissection hall, autopsy room, cafeteria, hostel for its outstation students and sports centre are some of the features of the institution. The college also encourages research work from its staff and students.
- Laboratories: The College has got a computer lab configured with latest operating systems, mathematics and statistics lab, electronics lab, commerce lab and a mass communication and journalism lab equipped with requisite equipments and apparatus such that each student can perform experiments individually.
- Sports: Along with academics the College also pays prior interest towards the health and well-being of its fraternity. The college has got its playground equipped with requisite equipments for both indoor and outdoor games.
- Library: The College has a vast library jammed with around 13,000 volumes of 5200 title of books and 209 journals, both of national and international repute. The library also consists of a digital section with 30 computers to provide online access to e-books, journal any other medico stuff. The library also facilitates reprographic facilities and a reading room.
- Internet Centre: There is a dedicated Internet centre connected to broadband through a structured network is available to its students and staff to facilitate high-speed internet surfing. Printing facility is also available.

- Main reason behind chosing this college was its fees comparatively with any other private institutions the college fee is nominal
- The infrastructure of the college is pretty descent and staff members are very student friendly
Dislikes
- The boys hostel is not located in campus it is around 300 m away from the campus while the girls hostel is situated inside the campus
- The campus has various number of other paramedical colleges to so one has to share the campus with other students
Admission:
To get admitted in any medical colleges in India a student must undergo National eligibility cum entrance test which is also called as NEET. A student must secure rank of around 55000 to get admitted into MIMSR medical College in Maharashtra. After the results are declared Maharashtra government starts admission rounds so that a student can apply for medical colleges based on his or her rank. Application forms for admission are available on NMC website a student can also higher a counselor which can help him or her to get desired admission. The admission process is completely under Maharashtra Government and not college so no one can comment on areas of improvement. As a student mus understand MBBS is a difficult core so exams must be tough.

- Faculty behaviour is a bit non polite amd student friendly.

The exam for being admitted to undergraduate medical courses is NEET UG which means National Eligibility Cum Entrance Examination conducted on a national level. Yearly about 20 lakh students appear for the exam. The cutoff for open category for government medical colleges was 545 and the admissions to this institute were by national as well as state merit list. Most of the admissions were done with the state counseling merit list. Reservation benefits are according to the caste category to which the student belongs. The time gap between milestones is a bit more.

Admission is based on the NEET exam and counseling is done by the Maharashtra state counseling body DMER. Eligibility is the 12th pass with the required NEET cutoff as per the respective category. Application form and fees is updated every year and they can be found on the government website.

To get admission in this college you need to qualify NEET entrance exam. When you get selected in state counselling or all India counselling for this college then you have to submit all required documents to the college manually. Maharashtra Institute of Nursing Sciences (MINS), college of nursing was established in July 2005. The college is one of the branches of the well known Maharashtra academy of engineering and educational research. The college is situated in MIMSR medical college which is of an area of 100 acres. The college campus is very beautiful, well maintained and clean. College is located nearly 5km outside the main city Latur. The college has attached with Yashwantrao Chavan Rural (YCR) hospital Latur. The bed strength of YCR hospital is 750. There are 11 operation theatres. So that students get practised well. Marathwada region students give top priority for this college.

Actually, I want to pursue MBBS. Through NEET I was able to take admission in almost all private colleges (semi govt.). But, I choose this college since the faculty was excellent. Campus was large. Greenery and eternity peaceful place. And also fees not much that nearly 1.5 times the government colleges.

It is very nice semigovernment college. With lots of facilities. And with nice nature & campus. It is a little bit far from main city but not totally outside. College arrange many camps with good transportation.
