The true side of JIST

Fees and Financial Aid:

Yes the fees is increasing it's almost 6000-8000 per semester. They also charge 1600-2000 as examination fees. Yes govt scholarships are provided for which you have to apply separately. There is no merit based scholarship

My college my love

It is one of the best collage which offers various courses such as b. Tech and b. Sc we have many department such as power electronics and instrumentation... Electronics and telecommunications.. Civil.. Mechanical.. Physics.. Chemistry... Information technology... Maths.. We have very well equipped facilities having all the facility in collage clean rooms pds teachers and have a very warm good environment. . . the fees we pay is just a marginal amount on basis of the facility we are having

Good for study

The fee structure is around 6000 rupees every semester, we have to admit. And we can also apply for scholarships, but the annual family income should be around 2.5 lakhs. The placement opportunities are not that good, but it depends upon you and your skills.

Jist is IIT Sotai

Tution fee for my course is around 6 thousand and it includes fees for different types of facilities. The total cost of my education is around 3-4 lakhs including all the expanses. If I'm talking about scholarship, than yes the government of assam gives scholarship. Name of the scholarship is ISHAN UDAY and the amount that students are receiving is 78k/yr

My Experience at JIST

Fees structure of college is approx Rs15,000 per year for engineering. Many scholarship can apply by the students of the college like Ishan Uday Scholarship, Pragati girls scholarship, OBC scholarship etc

Summary of JIST

Since it is a government college the fees here is quite affordable. And there are also a lot of scholarship schemes for students. Financial assistance is given to students (from poor economic backgrounds). Decent campus placements are available.

Life is just a chance to grow a soul.

The fees structure is very feasible even a poor student can afford to study here. Since the college is a government college, the facilities provided are at very low cost, unlike other colleges it won't take any huge amount to get admission. And also the bus fee is too high. All students need to pay for the bus fear even they didn't travel by bus. Scholarship available - UGC Ishan Uday, MLA fund, OBC special etc.

best college for btech

This route is related to electronics and instruments so I prefer this route. The school and student ratio may be very everyday. The total range of students in 1st 12 months course is 60 and a wide variety of trainer is 10. The instructors are particularly certified and intelligent. They have finished their B.Tech as well as M.Tech degree from a reputed organization with better marks. Some of them completed their Ph.D. Their teaching strategies are very current and interesting. They are very pleasant. There is 2 examination according to semester. One is two months after the start of the route and every other is after 6 months from the start of the direction. The checks are mild. Not so difficult to bypass. Course Fees: INR 5800

Some words on my Heaven like college

The College admission fees- Rs.5800/- per semester ( It vary with courses) .The Examination fees - Rs.500/- per exam ( Vary with time) .The transportation or bus facility fees- Rs.1500/- per year. Hostel Admission fees- Rs.8000/- per year. Hostel mess dues- Rs.1600-Rs.1800 per month. Scholarship available- UGC Ishan Uday , MLA fund, OBC special etc.

JIST college review

You can get NEC scholarship provided by DTE assam and also you can get SUHRID scholarship provided by mla.And you can get ishan uday scholarship in which it provide approx 6000 per month. There is also minority scholarship provided
