The true side of JIST

Fees and Financial Aid:

Yes the fees is increasing it's almost 6000-8000 per semester. They also charge 1600-2000 as examination fees. Yes govt scholarships are provided for which you have to apply separately. There is no merit based scholarship

Fees and Financial Aid:

It is one of the best collage which offers various courses such as b. Tech and b. Sc we have many department such as power electronics and instrumentation... Electronics and telecommunications.. Civil.. Mechanical.. Physics.. Chemistry... Information technology... Maths.. We have very well equipped facilities having all the facility in collage clean rooms pds teachers and have a very warm good environment. . . the fees we pay is just a marginal amount on basis of the facility we are having

Scholarship can be availed by various government schemes and programmes such as Ishan Uday, ST,SC,OBC. scholarships. The total fees per semester is around ten thousand per semester. So yearly one has to pay around twenty thousand rupees.

Scholarships are given to the opted ones the scholarship section is good but the office staff are not that friendly cost per year is about 35k in all aspects. the avg scholarship amount is as my knowledge goes is about 40k

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fee structure for Bsc students is quite low.But it will be negligible if u have BPL card.For non bpl the admission fee is around 9-10k..for odd sem it is 2-3k.Exam fee is 1600.There maybe other small amount of fees for other stuff.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee is almost 8000 for each semester, 6000 for admission and 1600 for the examination form fill up . The students who's family income is less than 2.5 lakh those can apply for scholarship from which they will receive upto 54000 per year for 3 years or 4 years. Other scholarships are also available like 8000 per year and such. The students from Btech get the campus placement opportunities than the Bsc students.still the rate is low for both.

The fee structure is around 6000 rupees every semester, we have to admit. And we can also apply for scholarships, but the annual family income should be around 2.5 lakhs. The placement opportunities are not that good, but it depends upon you and your skills.

Tution fee for my course is around 6 thousand and it includes fees for different types of facilities. The total cost of my education is around 3-4 lakhs including all the expanses. If I'm talking about scholarship, than yes the government of assam gives scholarship. Name of the scholarship is ISHAN UDAY and the amount that students are receiving is 78k/yr
