ICEM Faculty

The faculty at the college conducts 5-6 lectures daily, ensuring students understand the material through interactive methods like presentations. While most teaching is in Marathi due to the location in Maharashtra, some faculty members are proficient in English and focus on practical knowledge and soft skills. There is a mix of qualifications, with only a few having PhDs, and the majority holding BE or ME degrees. The faculty is generally experienced and approachable, offering personalized attention and providing simple, easy-to-understand notes.

In the first year, the faculty-to-student ratio is 1:66 per division for lectures and 2:22 for practicals. Many teachers have over 8 years of teaching experience and engage in industry-related events. Faculty members are dedicated to students' growth and involve them in extracurricular activities. Some faculty members are alumni, which helps them understand the college's ethos better. The college also employs visiting faculty and industry experts to enrich the learning experience.
