ICP Pune Courses Admissions

To get admissions to B.Pharm, Pharm D., and D. Pharm, a candidate Must have passed in MHT CET or NEET (for candidates not belonging to Maharashtra)

To get admissions to M.Pharm, a candidate must have secured valid marks in GPAT examination.

ICP Pune Courses Facilities

Hostels: For both boys and girls, the college offers hostel facilities. It provides one of Maharashtra's largest hostel facilities. The hostel rooms are well fitted with basic specifications that take into account the well-being and needs of students with a 24-hour water supply. They are additionally fitted with Wifi Service, hygienic mess and are 24x7 under the security watch.
Cafeteria: There is a huge spacious cafeteria in the college where students can purchase hygienic food at a subsidized rate. At a time, it can accommodate 80 people. It serves breakfast, lunch, cookies, candy, coffee, tea, etc.
Library: The college library has a collection of books and journals and has computers, magazines, newspapers and many more. Students can access all the resources available online also.
Laboratories: The college has huge laboratories to help the students to gain practical knowledge and to learn about different things.
Language Lab: The college provides a huge language lab for the students equipped with advanced technology computer systems, headphones and microphones and many more to ensure that the students have good communication skills.

Ans. Indeed, the college provides students with scholarships. These scholarships, however, are in conformity with the provisions of the government.

Ques. Can a candidate directly take admission in the second year?

Ans. Yes, the college does allow lateral entry which is direct admission in the second year. The student must have passed Diploma in Pharmacy with aleast 45% and in cases of candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC, they must have secured at least 40%.

Ques. Does the college conduct any kind of entrance test ?

Ans. No, the college does not conduct any kind of entrance test. Admissions to the various courses are based on the performance of the candidates in the following examinations:

For B.Pharma, MHT CET (for candidates belonging to Maharashtra) or NEET (for candidates from other States)
For M. Pharm, GPAT examination
For D. Pharm, MHT CET (for candidates belonging to Maharashtra) or NEET PG (for candidates from other States)

Admission:

College is overall good with great faculty, necessary extracurriculars, great curriculum. The sole focus is one the academics as well as the growth of the student. Everything is valued at a necessary phase: sports, extracurriculars as well as studies.

Decent,clean and well equipped campus. Suitable labs with adequate materials for fulfilled practical knowledge education. ventilated and space efficient utilization of the availed space , adequate security, parking area for two wheelers.
adequate books in the library. Digital library book issue and digital reminders for book due date issue, easier fees payment. newer books are always added into the library,books sufficient to respective running pharmaceutical science courses.
sports, equipments, events encouraged . IPASF(indian pharmaceutical students forum) activities widely conducted and encouraged for the development of soft skills of students. basketball court available

Dislikes

the ratio of others events is to the sports events needs to be encouraged more. sports enthusiasts or students feeling lack of oppourtunities
assignment submissions/exams/academics collide with the scheduling of events or run back to back, indicating lack of management.

Admission:

I wanted this college so no question arose of me pursuading other clgs. admission process is mainly based on the percentile marking of MHCET examination. higher percentiles get a higher chance of acceptance in the first 3 rounds. management is another option available as well. i applied to other colleges like DY patil, Poona college of pharmacy as well, got none confirmed admission form, unlike Indira where i got complete worth for money package. MHCET exam landed me to kasturi shiksan sanstha college of pharmacy shikrapur , froze the admission but later cancelled due to personal reasons. CET mainly is the exam used to cross eligibility for this course. cutoff in 2023 was 93.4 percentile and above. CET exam is most preferred by students. many other colleges also tend to recruit students through neet scores as well.

Well i Apply for the Punoo college of pharmacy in Kothrud but didn't get admission in that because of high percentage is required for that college Well i didn't get rejected...my first cap round is selected to indira college of pharmacy My admission through Cat examination

Teaching faculties , infrastructure is excellent, placements can be improved

College crowd is fun and friendly with each other

Admission:

I applied to modern college of pharmacy nigdi and aissms and many more but Indira has better teaching faculty and infrastructure then them. The college admissions are done on basis of the entrance exam mhtcet and also accept score for meet exam.

Library is really helpful it consists of all the important books.
College infrastructure is really good as it consists of alot of labs which is important for our course.

Dislikes

Campus life is 0 because there is no playground present only basketball court is there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It provides good academics. Faculty is supportive throughout the course. Carries out programmes for exposure to society problems. The faculty members are highly qualified and experienced. The syllabus is updated as per the university guidelines.

The first-year fee for the course BPharma is INR 1.4 Lakhs, you can also apply for a scholarship at the college. The hostel fee ranges between INR 49,000 to 1,00,00.
