Teacher are helpful. they are very good they tell us how to prepare for placement
Like there will be cultural as well as technical festivals in campus.
The environment around the college is best suited for students and rooms are available in cheap rates.

Dislikes

water problem is the one of the problem during summer
Despite the vibrant campus atmosphere, the quality of mess and canteen food falls short of expectations.
Not so good for tech branches.Practical labs are not so good and maintained. Less equipments are provided.

Likes

hostel are inside the campus so the security is good
campus has various clubs which help to develop technical and hardware skills
placement is average but now they are improving it

Dislikes

They should increase the internet speed of wifi
boys hostel capacity should be increased.
some of the old equipment should be replaced

Placement Experience:

for campus placement studnet eligible in their fourth year. companies like tcs , bajaj ,capco, nvidia, siemens, endurance come for campus placement.the overall placement percentage is between 65 to 80 percent out of which the placement for cs,it and entc brach is more than 85 to 90 percent.

GECA is the best.

Likes

This college's campus is very big and good ,you will get so many opportunities to explore your self. You can carry on your hobbies in sports,technical or arts or anything. There are so many platforms to grow yourself.

Dislikes

Overall campus is really good. I think there's nothing to dislike. Campus is quite strict but for our benefits only.

Placement Experience:

After the third year students will be eligible for the placements. There are so many MNC companies which visits the Geca campus for the placements. It includes LnT, Siemens, adani,tata technologies, tcs,hella forvia, crompton greaves etc. Package varies between 4 lpa to 6-7 lpa and sometimes more also.

With the stste-of-art facilities diverse extracurricular activities, supportive faculty. faculties
The faculty's unwavering support plays a pivotal role in student's academic success and personal development.
Team Cybrotics is a great platform to showcase your robotics knowledge.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is bit old. The infrastructure should be improved.
The library service should improve as they give very few books at a time.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become eligible for placements.About 50 percent students are placed.Companies like TCS,Seimens,LnT,Tata technologies,CG and many more visit the campus.The average package is of 5LPA.

college is autonomous, so college itself decides the curriculum and exams so it is quite easy to clear semesters compared to university exams.
College environment is really good, campus has lot of greenery and gardens. you can spend all your day in college campus.
college is not strict about 75 percent attendance. so you can focus on GATE, UPSC or anything like that if you have in mind.

Dislikes

lack of teaching staff, so most of important subjects are taught by inexperienced hourly basis teachers
teaching staff as well as non teaching staff including guards are really rude. they won't listen to you.
the college was started in 1960 so the infrastructure is too old, one of two boys hostel is shut down because of the poor infrastructure, and also we can't use auditorium for the same reason

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are decent. from 7th semester students become eligible for the placements. big compaies like Tata technologies, Forvia hella, Cromptan, TCS, Siemens, L&T etc visits campus for recruitement every year. 40-60 students gets placed on-campus every year.

Campus area and its environment is best suited to me.
Faculties and Staff are very kind and are experienced in their fields.
The course curriculum and extra curricular activities

Dislikes

Campus should be big in size as compared to other college
The grounds for sports are not big enough.
There should be stationeries and coffee shop in campus

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Various companies visits our college including TCS, Wipro, Nvidia etc. Highest packages are offered by nvidia and tcs digital around 10-15 lakhs . Average package is around 6-8 lakhs. Nearly 90% students get placed every year and remaining opt for gate and various exams. My plan is to pursue mtech and then opt for any job.

Scope of engineering students to choose best college.

Likes

Library and campus facilities.Free Wi-Fi campus.

Placement Experience:

7th and 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Name of the Companies visited 1.High text next private limited 2. Qspider 3. Rinex etc & no of offers made For approx 100 students. 3.6 Lakhs to 8 lakhs highest and average package as per company and profiles offered. 75% students get placement. My plans after getting the degree to get job and start a business.

I chose Electronics and communication Enginerring Field because of me that the electronic branch is a large scopy branch. this branch can go in computer engineering ,electronics enginnering, IT ,Electrical and other. you must have to improve your own knowledge in all subject and also learn atleast C and C++ Language subject. you need to prepare in english basic knoowledge and others.

My Campus Tour

Likes

Most of the functions and events are organised and managed by students.
There is amazing co-ordination among hostel students which helps to take decisions regarding mess and events.
Government allots a handsome amount for different events.

Dislikes

Campus is not very big and the main cricket ground is outside the main campus.
Areas around the college is not developed yet.
There is no place outside the campus to visit or enjoy.

Placement Experience:

There is opportunities of campus placement. The highest packages offerd is 12 lpa and the average package is 4.5 lpa. Some of the companies visited are teachnook, tcs , hcl, byjus, accentureand wipro .

The course curriculum is like software engineering. Subjects are almost similar to software engineering and MCA. The exams were not that much difficult to pass and score a high SGPA. I was doing my graduation in BCA and that's why I decided to take this course.

Life at government engineering College, Aurangabad

Likes

The intercollegiate sports tournaments are held on a serious level, which include a greater motivation and involvement of the staff along with the students
Various fun activities like the cultural events and cultural days are carried out by departments and even by the college in one in these various technical events are carried out
The technical events which include the robots, the drone race and nitro race are conducted and even other colleges are invited

Dislikes

The social life of the students is not so broad, minded over here
As the infrastructure of the college is old, there are some issues
The teachers have a great experience, but at times they are not able to deliver their knowledge to the students in the most innovative ways

Placement Experience:

There is a training and placement cell that carries out all the placement activities. It even offers the students the after graduation assistance for their of campus placements. There are various companies like Siemens, L&T, and Varroz coming to our college.
