Holder which means they have good knowledge of the subject they teach quite good and encourage students, most of the faculty are initial which is again plus point they will help you whenever you need them
Fee structure is very nominal and is constant even the middle class can take admission scholarships are the great forms of motivation which college offers for good environment and to maintain competition among youngsters
Crowd is good infrastructure is good as well us placements are good

Dislikes

Campus is not too big. lower branches placements are also not good.
There is a large crowd here and most of them are from lower branches who do not get placed.
Civil mechanical branch are not getting good package in collage olacemt ratio are very bad

Galgotias good for NCR region students

Likes

Our college is nearby Knowledge Park 2 metro.
Expo is nearby, you can visit there if you liked it.
You will get Delhi NCR Exposure, you can go anywhere.

Dislikes

All classrooms don't have AC so you will feel bad during summers.
You will have to live outside as college hostel have very limited seats.
Crowd is not study focused, only some studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are average as compared to Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges . You can't expect more from here as this is a private Tier 3 college . You get 6lpa for sure if you study only for exams and maintain average CGPA . and if you study harder than sky is the limit. Some students get 40 LPA as well

you will get time for your self there is not strivt acedemics rules
there is no uniform so u can wear ur regular clothes
on campus placement is better comparion to other colleges in greater noida

Dislikes

AC classes is for computer science students
average placement is good but need more good companies here
canteen should be improves as it doesnt provide u meal

many companies comes oncampus with different requirements so oncampus place is easy for them u have skill also there is the cgpa criteria for oncampus campany so uou need to fulfill it first and u have less cgpa then required so u have no option then apply offcampus placement

Review for galgotias college of engineering and technology Gr. Noida

Likes

Teachers interaction with students. They gave full attention to every student and explain the things very effectively
Campus is good and have a good scenery to watch . Have proper arrangements of chairs and tables in ground if you want to spend some time there.
Proper arrangements of security check and drinking water .

Dislikes

Don't have proper arrangements for summer as there's no AC or cooler in classes ..
Some teachers have knowledge but don't know how to explain things, so it's hard to grasp the things.
Campus is small and is not big . If you want to spend some time by walking in campus it will end even before starting

Placement Experience:

Students after 5 semester get eligible for campus placement. As for the placements 70% students get placement and the other go for master's degrees or give competetive exams like GATE and CAT. The highest pakage is INR 10 lacs and lowest package is 2 lacs. Companies like TATA, TCS Infosys, Exxact, Red Data System etc visit here.

Glimpse of Galgotias college of engineering and technology

Likes

The college sports area is so good that i like much. Professional sports teacher were there for students to teach them properly.
The clubs and events were organised by first year onwards which help’s students to socialise in college.
The faculty of the college is very good they are graduates from IIT and there were very supportive except some.

Dislikes

The attendance criteria of 75% make all the students hectic as they have to make attendance above 75%.
The college campus is small as comparatively to other engineering colleges.
The assignment and labs loads were so hard that a student merely keep up to that.

Placement Experience:

The placements at the college is very descent. The average package stood for 4.5 lakh per annum. The highest package were 44 lakhs per annum. Total 2300 offer opportunities were made this year and total 85% of students who were eligible gets placed this year. The median package stood for 4 lakhs per annum. Total 870 approx students get placed this year.

Likes

Clubs and societies are very active. Events are held whole year like freshers, unifest, farewell and many more.
College has 5 blocks with special facilities like water cooler, ac, and proper electric supply.
Teachers are disciplined, punctual, highly qualified and all have more than 10 years of experience.

Dislikes

D block of this college still lacks Ac . Students face a lot of problems due to this
Some faculties are new so they are not able to connect properly with students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

AKTU curriculum is followed. The Syllabus and Exams are decided by aktu. Two CAEs(sessional exams) are taken before semester exam. Each of the sessional decide the internal marks of the semester exams. Exams are of 3 hours.

Infrastructure of the college is quite good
Maximum Facilities are being provided in the college
Faculty here is cooperating and helpful and no ragging environment

No air conditioning has been provided in this college
Crowd here is not that good and not so open minded

Yes, the placements are offered in our college and the average package of our college is five lakh per annum and the highest package offered in my branch. Last year was 20 3LPA. Students can apply for off-line and the off-campus opportunities. Also they can apply for any company which is not visiting our campus and can apply in the companies which is Coming to the campus

The in campus experience is the best till date comparing with the other colleges located in greater Noida.The experience inside the campus is very awesome and blissful.There are dedicated workshops and labs where a student gets an hands on experience
The crowd is somewhat of Uttar Pradesh and many students are from other states also because this was the best option at the situation in which they were.If you want to take admission in a private engg .college than its none other than this college
There are separate parking spaces for students and faculties.The college has several playgrounds and also vollyball (also a basketball court) which helps the students to focus on co-curricular activities following their passion about any sport . Tysm

Dislikes

The boys and girls ratio is literally very poor.There are no air conditioning facilities available,neither in the classrooms not in the labs which is very essential for the health of the students ensuring an environment of healthy study on hot days.
Other than the Galgotias Unifest there are no large scale events which leads to a boring college life and the enthusiasm of a college students just drops .There is not a proper place for the office of admissions.It contains 6 acs but classes don't.
The hostel facilities are not worth a penny because the wifi doesn't work flawlessly and some rooms even don't have properly covered windows (considering the situation of a friend of mine).The field is always made to overflow with water making slush.

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester,but the condition for sitting for a campus placement is that the student has to clear all the 5 semesters wihout any backlog.The highest package offered is 10 LPA.The average package is 4.5 LPA.The companies that visit the college are mostly mass recruiters like TCS,wipro,morris garages,ezzat limited etc. The total percentage of the students getting placements were 86 percent and approximately 2,500 offers were made FY 2023.

Likes

I liked the the campus it is beautiful and lovely
And Lastly the fests that take place in the college
I also like the teachers they are all supportive

Dislikes

I hate that there are no ac or coller in most classes
I hate the canteen area very expensive and bad food
I hate the time table it says to stay till 5 with only one break

Placement Experience:

Placements of the college starts in the 3rd year the average placement is about 3.4 lpa in btech and abt 7 lpa in MBA and MCA nearly 70-80 % students get placed and most of them are mass recuters like TCS and Wipro

Why to Choose Galgotia College

Likes

Faculties which I got in My Semester 1 and 2 respectively are very helpful and they have deep knowledge about the subject
The Infrastructure of Galgotia College is very good . There is a big play ground, Library.
There are many club are in my college and many fest takes place and everyone can get chance to participate

Dislikes

We have to face problems in summer due to non AC classroom which is so terrible
There are some faculties which follows the old methods of teaching
College doesn't allow to do internship in 2 and 3 year students

Placement Experience:

The College placement record is Good. There are many mentors for the placement assistance. The average package of college is good which is 6LPA. If No Campus placement is offered then there are many options to get yourself placed on behalf of your skill. The probability of getting placed is high with skill. If there will be problem in getting placement I will work on more skill and try different options.

Induction period for better awareness around the campus and people

Dislikes

Hectic schedule, as there are lots and lots of classes and hence it becomes tough to manage them on regular basis.

Placement Experience:

Placements haven't been good in the past times but still there are ample opportunities for the students who are willing to put in hard efforts and up skill themselves. Developing multiple skills and having a decorative CV will definitely help them.

All the CSE/ IT students get placed in the campus placement drive. The average package is a bit moderate because of the mass recruiter companies.
