Brindavan College of Engineering Bangalore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The students become eligible for campus placements is from their fourth year. Many companies visited our college from the seniors I got to know that CISCO, TCL etc have visited our college for placements. The highest package till now was 7-8 LPA. Not many students get there jobs in campus placements. I would say about 20% - 35% students get campus placements. In short campus placements are not that good in our college comparing from past two years. My plan after degree is to do an additional coding course and applying for a job outside the college rather than going into campus placements.

I am a tech-enthusiast and chip designing is something i have been keen to know about and hence i went in for ECE Course. The curriculum is just same as the other engineering colleges. Detailed enough to pass the semester end exams. Teaching methods and the equipments need to be changed. Its high time. While other colleges are using well designed new technologies for lab experiments, ours is still stuck on the old methods which is very frustrating as we dont receive accurate results that affects our performance.

From 7th sem students are eligible for campus placements Cognizant and few companies I think the highest package was 4.8 LPA and least was 3LPA Not much people got placed and i think most of them didn't get joining letters

The course is not only similar but exacty the same as CSE ( I am from AIML). The subjects are quite interesting yet very vague. It is also theoritical aswell. The labs are only about coding but those seem like a typing class since no one really explains what it is that we are typing.

I have choosen it branch and I have 8 subjects in first semester English maths chemistry python programming Kannada and computer aided engineering drawing course for first sem is quite lanthy and more theoritical

till now i have not seen any proper placement for me , waiting to get placed but they are saying in 8th sem there will placement so i am waiting to see whether i get chance to place or not lets hope for the best , but they have given many training regarding placement drive they have conducted many workshops as well .

The faculty-to-student ratio was favorable, fostering an environment conducive to personalized learning. Professors, possessing notable qualifications, exhibited a commendable teaching approach. Their engaging methods transcended traditional pedagogy, incorporating real-world examples and interactive sessions, enhancing the overall learning experience. Term exams were administered in a timely manner, allowing for effective preparation. The difficulty level was challenging yet reasonable, reflecting the program's commitment to academic rigor. The emphasis on understanding concepts rather than rote memorization contributed to a holistic learning environment.

Numerous large, well-known firms are invited by and connected with by the training and placement cell at our college. The highest income was roughly 5 lakhs. Our college also provided an internship. Around 50-60% of the students got placed with a good sum of a salary package.

The course is proceeding at its own pace, but it's hard to grasp some concepts and the faculty has been very helpful throughout the course. Clear our doubt nd help us throughout. Question papers are provided for reference.
