The course is supported by experienced and qualified faculty who provide quality teaching and necessary resources, contributing positively to the students' learning experience. Attendance is flexible, and the professors are approachable and supportive. Academics are deemed average, with the college administering four exams annually, which are moderately challenging with a low failure rate of 5-7%. The college offers internships in homeopathy within its hospital but does not provide external placements, and interns do not receive a stipend.

Clinical exposure is somewhat limited due to low patient turnout at the college hospital, though outreach camps in nearby villages are conducted. The BHMS course fee structure is annual, with General Quota students paying Rs 1,15,000 and Management Quota students paying Rs 1,55,000 for the first three years. In the first year, students also pay an additional Rs 12,500 for various initial fees. The fourth year, lasting 1.5 years, incurs higher fees: Rs 1,72,500 for GQ and Rs 1,92,500 for MQ.
