I hope there was a chance to avail scholarship and also provide easy internships
Faculty who had a lot of knowledge and expertise regarding the field and they gave their best in classes and taught very well
The campus was very spacious and clean and the rooms were spacious and clean as well

Dislikes

Some of the staff members in offices or counters were very rude . If asked about any information they would ignore or reply in a very rude manner . That was the worst part.
The paper or tamplet glued on the wall during election times is bad
The process for registration and office purpose for this college is bit poor

I am quite satisfied by the college

Likes

The infrastructure of the college need to be improve.
The campus of college is full of students.
All the facilities are expertise in different portion of subject.

Dislikes

No our college don't provide any placement
Their is no proper sanitation facilities
Their is no proper fan and electricity facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum are also best from our college there are successive exams to check our performance and find our difficulties, such as internal exam , final exam etc. The frequency of exam is quite good and timings of exam is also good

Gc the best college of silchar

Likes

The overall experience of gc college is more better than my expectations..all the teachers are very polite, friendly and helpful.
Although my fellow classmates are also very good in all cases.
The lectures and notes are very well that I don't need any private tuition.

Dislikes

The washrooms are not that much clean to use.
Some of the classrooms have less number of fans which create trouble in summer
Lack o dsm classes and also we didn't get proper notes o dsm subjects

The course curriculum is not bad it is well managed and executed by the authorities also the gaps between the exams and the routine help us to study properly and revise the whole thing in time with proper concentration

Boys ratio is higher then girls ratio, campus life was good.
Social interaction was good, all are friendly students, everyone helps each other whenever needed
Infrastructures were good, some new buildings are on construction

Dislikes

I didn't like when our result is out and we have to take our marksheets from the counter because there is very less space and all the students around 300-400 comes there and no place to stand in summer days i feel like it's better not to come
In exam time all the students run to take better seat in the middle if you late you fail simple haha
Counter area should be improved and toilet bathroom is very bad eww so bad smell

I choose this course because I dont want to take physics chemistry maths because it's very hard subject for me, so i choose botany zoology anthropology still i have back paper, exam timing sometimes morning sometime evening.

Overall a good journey with some good and bad experiences

Likes

I liked the ambiance of the college
Teachers are very cooperative
Many teachers are active in NGO's

Dislikes

I didn't like the campus because it's too small
I didn't like the principal of the college
We donot even have a high-tech class and AC in our department and principal sir doesn't even provide us

At first, I applied for Zoology honours but my marks were insufficient to get a chance in that department. Afterwards, I got a chance in Botany honours. After my first class my POV changed for the subject and I felt it was quite interesting subject

My thoughts on our lovely College

Likes

The campus is huge, there is proper parking area, canteen also a big banyan tree inside campus. Part of college was full of different types of flower. Class were taken regularly even though students absent teacher always came.
Infrastructure is well and good with adequate equipment in most department.
Cultural or any kind of functions are organised properly and timely.

Dislikes

Cleanliness need some improvement and little attention.
The paper or tamplet glued on the wall during election times is bad

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's my decision as i loved those subjects. The curriculum prepares us quite well but not excellent. I hope more practicality is involved. The timing giving before exam is adequate for anyone to prepare well and the difficulty level is mid.
