The campus of college is full of students.
All the facilities are expertise in different portion of subject.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum are also best from our college there are successive exams to check our performance and find our difficulties, such as internal exam , final exam etc. The frequency of exam is quite good and timings of exam is also good

Class Size: 42Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 8000 year wise fees . The tution fees I paid 2000, caution fees 200, lab fees 100, I have paid 250 for examination in our college and 430 examination fee to university allifated with our college.My batchmates those who took private admission have paid approximately 15000 while those who have category have paid 4000-5000 approximately..

Campus Life

Overall campus is good there is big field is there where students take participate in various sports which is held on that playground. There is library present in our college which is quite good there are various books and magazines present. There is electricity in every classes and some teachers use digital technology to explain topics in classes such as by using ppt

Admission

I took admission in my college because of it's popularity in our locality and the faculties are goid in these college and it is nearby my house so by comparing all other colleges this was best for me , As fees structure and other facilities was good enough.

Faculty

There are total 6 faculties in our department.All faculties are very good and they teach us very nicely.They are highly communicative with us and explain our doubts whenever we ask them.Some faculties use digital method to explain any topic like by ppt etc

Night Life

There are various facilities in our college such as their is our own gym which is under our college, students can join that gym and there is no extra fees required and Library is present , canteen is also present. There is hostel provided by our college some students stay there also . The locality is safe

True aspects on a University

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed the course as I actually liked it coz I have studied it in class 11 and 12 and want to study more in the field of data analytics. But here we didn't get much exposure to real world applications as we just ended our first sem but expect to get more in future . We also want immediate internships such that we can work on our skills so far as possible. We get less time to study for the exams as the course is vast but exams reach near but if studied in a daily basis routine, one can cop-up with it

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed the course because I dont have so much money to study for btech and all and also I didn't prepare for jee or neet so, the next thing come is mind is bsc that is in botany or zoology as I liked bio more than any other subjects. Yaa by reading botany I can know many things about plant and trees. The improvement that they can do is release a book according to the syllabus by the university and also add few more new teachers such that student can be friendly with them and ask their doubt . For me I think exam timing should be done... Like one before durga puja and one around December . And the difficulty level should be easy .

Life at G.C College, Silchar

Apart from this college I also applied to Assam University, Silchar but the campus is too far from my home and Gurucharan college, Silchar is nearer to my home and due to that I chose my current college. To get admission in Gurucharan college, Silchar, you need to apply at samarth portal of Assam government first then after fullfilling all the procedures you can go to college website and take admission to in any of the desired course and if you missed the chance, at the end of July if seats are still unfilled the college starts an on-spot admission process where you have to visit college and on the basis of first come first admit they start admitting students until seats are fulfilled.
