Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course i.e. department of botany because the department ensuring a strong theruotical foundations along with the practical experience. The course prepares well for studies as the academic results is always good which will make graduates well equipped for jobs. Some sections of the course should be updated to meet the latest technology, more guests lectures and the internships should be provided to the students. The exams clustering of multiple exams should be within times which releases unnecessary stress, the exams are conducted easy to insane which is very challenging for the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Iam pursuing my graduation from Arya vidyapeeth college(autonomous) securing botany(honours) with an minimum fees of yearly 8000 approx. The college provides various education freely to the poor students also it includes various excursion in every semester, moreover the admission is done regarding the merit list which comes out on the basis of caste and percentage too in your last exam which you performed. The fees structure various from one other regarding the parents annual income say basically those who are in BPL there's fees might be different from the APL.

The Head of the department (HoD) is Dr.Deepika Devi, the educators specialized in various sub-disciplines of botany, ensuring a better learning experience for the students. I like Dr. Satya Nath Doley sir because he teaches us very friendly and give help financial to the students who can't afford his fees. There is no teacher that I don't like about, we are very grateful for the teachers in our department. The exam conducted per semester i.e. in very six months in which sessional exam is conducted as a unit test which is for 30 marks. The final exam is for 50 marks and practical is for 50 marks.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspect that influenced me to choose this course is , computer science. I'm interested in coding and programming. The curriculum lacks in preparing you for real-world applications as it focuses on mostly theory part . The improvement they can do is , by teaching students practically more and theoretically less. Because coding requires practice. The difficulty level is average , so frequency and timing of exams are fine .

The curriculum is good, but the syllabus seems to be too old comparing today's current world. This curriculum includes 41st semester, starting with C++, Java, data structure and algo. since I am in the final year for me, currently, it's networking. helps in learning the basic things, but to cop up with the real worls, you need to get in touch in your own
