Teaching faculty were very helpful & knowledgeable, their efforts to work hard and make the new department of applied psychology at par with other universities were great and inspiring.
Bba is the course that i want to do after school and yes it was a great course by my side.
The campus is good but not so good but yes on average facilities were provided by the university like playground, playing equipment, a canteen, students can play many sports and the equipments was there also in the club.

Dislikes

Receptionist nature is not good they didn't response good
I didn't like the electricity problem of their, because some classroom has only 2 fans
I really dislike about their, that only few books are available in the library

A Newbie State University in West Bengal (Asansol)

Likes

Teaching Faculty were very helpful & knowledgeable, Their efforts to work hard and make the new department of Applied Psychology at par with other universities were great and inspiring.
Location is great, has PGs available for student right opposite to the main gate , so saved travelling cost.

Dislikes

Cleanliness of Toilets was bad. Hygiene should be maintained by workers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to study and do my masters in Psychology, especially applied psychology. The university was a relatively new one in my state(West Bengal). The faculty were great, knowledgeable, and doing their best to make their department at par with other universities. The teaching method is good, the Exams were timely, and only a little disturbance happened during Covid.

My masters at KNU Burdwan

Admission:

I got admission to the college in Msc in Chemistry on merit basis. Minimum score that are required in UG program are 50% aggregate scores. Then merit list is displayed and according to the ranking, I got admission to my favored course from a list of applied courses.

Masters in Biology at KNU Burdwan

Admission:

I was placed in the college and got a seat on the basis of the y merit score in my UG program, minimum requirement of which is 50%. The merit list is displayed as per the counselling rounds. I was very happy to get admission in KNU for Msc in Biology.

One of the best colleges of West Bengal

Remarks:

The college environment is very good the canteen is also the very good library is very good the playground is very good and the whole college is very well maintained and I recommend this college.

Remarks:

No negative. Positive point is all time teachers help us. Also they are very good. We are able to use our facility. Others non teaching stuff also very good. Communication is better. They provide buses.
