NMIMS Hyderabad Faculty

The college faculty comprises 6-7 in-house professors and 15-20 visiting lecturers, maintaining a student-to-faculty ratio of 1:6. Most faculty members are highly qualified, possessing PhDs or master's degrees from reputed institutions, and bring industry-relevant experience to their teaching. The curriculum aligns with industry standards, and teaching methods emphasize interactive learning through real-world examples and projects. Assessment includes a total of 100 marks, with 25 for internal assessments (two mid-terms scaled to 15 marks and 10 marks for extracurricular activities and attendance) and a 75-mark theory exam at the term's end.

Students generally perform well, with a low failure rate. The faculty is approachable, supportive, and fosters a respectful relationship with students, although there is room for improvement in balancing faculty strengths. The college operates on a trimester system, with each course typically involving 20 lectures and 3 credits.
