The full-time 2-year MBA is the flagship course of NMIMS Hyderabad. Selection to MBA is done based on NMAT conducted by GMAC followed by Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interview (PI). For 2025 MBA admission, NMIMS will only consider first round score while shortlisting for PI round. Candidates who will qualify the NMAT exam on reapplication basis will not be eligible for part 2 selection criteria. For admission into Executive PGDM, the institute invites students for PI based on their past performance and work experience.
NMIMS Hyderabad gives preference to candidates with 3+ industry experience. As per the selection trends, 47% of candidates selected had a working experience of 5-10 years, and 30% of candidates were selected with 10+ years of experience in various sectors such as Auto, Infrastructure, Media, IT, BFSI, Consulting, Public Sector, Pharma, etc.
Selection to BBA, B.Com (H) and Integrated B.Pharm-MBA course is based on NMIMS-NPAT. While for BBA LLB (H) and BA LL (H), NMIMS Hyderabad considers the score of CLAT/SLAT exams. A candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination and must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for being eligible to the program. Candidates above 25 years of age are not eligible to apply.
