The Academic rigour is maintianed throughout with various courses from Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, Strategy etc. the curriculum is diverse updated and multiple assesments methods are followed from projects to exams to class participation

Our college provides the facility of campus placements with 200+ companies with different types of roles and a good amount of stipends, which is more than 10 lakh in hand. Also, the placement committee is doing great in placement from more companies for specified roles, and it keeps improving every year. Some seniors have pre-placement offers in the company from which they have completed their internships. Every student gets placed, and the placement season starts from August onwards, from the 4th semester.

I choose the IIM Silmaur. Students here undergo rigorous training under the guidance of highly qualified and richly experienced faculty. the professors taking classes at IIM Sirmaur are easily among the best in the country stupendous faculty ratio of 1 per 20 students. It follows one of the most rigorous academic schedules, making students push their limits and excel in every venture. The exam schedule at IIM Sirmaur is quite intense. Quizzes for each subject kick off in the second week, leading to mid-term exams with two tests per day.

After your 1st semester, you get the opportunity to get a summer internship and mostly it is a paid one. Companies with really nice roles and good brand visit campus. I don't have the exact data right now about the companies. The highest package was 64 lakhs for 2023 and the average is around 14.5 lakhs. The placement is 100 percent and you will get a good amount of opportunities to get your desired role.

I selected it because it is one of the top B-Schools in India. The faculty is top-notch, the best one has ever experienced. They are highly qualified from BLACKIs or even foreign universities like Ivy leagues

Students basically start getting opportunities from 1st trimester. We have companies like ICICI, Mahindra Logistics, EY, etc. The average package is above 11.5 lakhs and all the students get placed in reputable companies.

I'm passionate about the tourism industry and want to make a change in the same. The faculty exclusively for the THM batch is very few compared to the total strength of the batch. However, there are faculty from the core MBA teaching us, making it very diverse and adequate. Every faculty at IIM Sirmaur has a Ph.D. in their domain, and their teaching methods are quite up to the standard and commonly accepted ones across the globe. Term exams were conducted without any change in the timeline provided, and the difficulty level of the exams depended upon multiple factors like previous history of the student, difficulty level of the student, etc.
