100% of Students are placed at IIM Sirmaur. The institute provides assistance for both summer and final placements. The highest package offered was INR 28 Lacs and the average was around 10 Lacs. The list of companies participating in the placement process includes startups as well as MNCs offering several types of job roles.

Campus placements start mostly in the fifth or sixth trimester. The placement season was affected by the pandemic and it went online for the current batch. More than 90% of the students have been placed in various firms with packages ranging from 12-16 lacs per annum. If a student is unable to get placed, they are informed about various platforms where they may apply and get placements

The season for placement starts at the start of the 5th semester and goes on till everyone gets placement. The average CTC is 12 lakhs with the highest placement of 25 lakh for 2020. Placement is 100% but with some opting out of placement 80-90% of students get placed actually.

Basically, the placements here range from a package of 10 to 15 LPA, that is the average package. The companies are a mix of branded and known companies and some startups also participate in the final process. Whether it is a start-up or a renowned brand, all the companies provide good packages. People get PPOs even when they are in the last semester for the year or before that. The highest package can be 30 to 33 LPA based on the company and how you perform. Usually, all the students get placed at the end. Some can opt-out if they find good opportunities outside. In the end, the count is 100 percent getting placed. I also want to get placed in a good company with a package of 15 LPA, I hope to get a PPO too. I want to have a full-fledged experience in a good company and then slowly and gradually grow and grab better opportunities with passing time.

The highest salary offered in the final placement process is INR 26 LPA and the average salary package offered is INR 11.28 LPA. More than 75 companies participated in the final placement process. Some of the top recruiters are ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Muthoot Fincorp, Kent, ICICI Prudential, Byjus, Tech Mahindra, Naukri, MindTree, and Lenskart.

The Pre-Placement selection starts from 3rd Semester at IIM Simaur and some of the renowned companies like Tech Mahindra, HDFC Bank, BrowserStack, Aditya Birla participate in the campus interviews every year. Highest CTC has been set at INR 26 LPA and for a Business Analytics Student, maximum CTC was offered of INR 12 LPA by ICICI Prudential.

This course is very good in terms of placement and the faculty is very good the faculty to student ratio is a little bit low it is 22/1 the college is going through the death of faculties but it is going to work on it and with the time the situation will get better and qualification of the faculties, of course, all are very qualified all have PHP in their respective departments and if I talk about exams were twice in a semester first as a midterm examination with the weightage of 40% and rest as a final examination with the ratio of 60% the difficulty level is moderate if you can easily pass if you read one or two our daily or you can go for binge night study before 2-3 days of

It is a new IIM but with a very good growth rate. Placements of our college is increasing year by year as well as there had a trend of getting more companies than previous year for the final placements as well as for summer internship.
