8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec

Dislikes

The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

My honest review of ICET

Likes

The teaching methods are fine and fairly updated.
The ambiance of the location where the college is situated is very good.
The infrastructure of the college is very good.

Dislikes

The placement facilities as average compere to other colleges.
Some classes are congested but not every class.
The studies of job oriented course are less.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

Nehru College of engineering thrissur in a nutshell

Likes

The ambience of the college is pretty good
Very much professional teachers and faculties
For CSE the male to female ratio is almost the same but for Mechanics and mechatronics female students are very less and in ece there are lots of girls

Dislikes

Lack of cultural programmes only one big festival called bloom but nothing more
Some faculties are very strict and it is for our own good but it's gets pretty tiring soon
Class time is too much compared to recess time there is two recess and a lunch break with lunch break being 1 hour and recess being 10 min with 10 min being very less

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this is an autonomous college the courses taken here is very much up to date and standard and the exams are difficult and not hard too much hard to make us stress over it. The curriculum prepares as for real world as the classes are very much practical. Exams are done at their correct time with plenty of time to study

The Muttathara Experience

Likes

The atmosphere in the college is very well, clean and hygienic place
The teachers and staffs are not that much strict(We can bunk classes as much as we want but be careful of attendance cuttoff)
Location wise pretty good area, the college is literally at the backside of an airport and a sea

Dislikes

Lack of infrastructure, but you will get used to it by 2nd year
Lack of big events, dont expect big time events but there will be enough
Lack of big college vibe , you wont be able to spend time by walking in campus bcoz there isn’t much to walk

There is a placement cell in out college and the faculty in charge of it is great and tries hai best to deliver som companies to our collee( eg: UST, TCS, Mitsogo etc) and diring my 4th year around 30 students got campus placements from there

Its an Ok College

Likes

College is easily accessible.The Bus station and railway station is very close.
College is located at the middle of town which is too good.
Faculties are nice they support as in almost everything.

Dislikes

Canteen is not that great but manageable
The playing ground is too small as even our sports day is conducted at nearby colleges
Cultural and arts day aren't that celebrated well.

Placement Experience:

One thing about this college is it's placement.Even the locals of the area says you will get a job for studying here.You don't need to be a clever high cgpa student to get good placement.even for a normal student with some average cgpa and no backlogs can get a placement easily.the lowest package is around 4.8Lpa while highest is 12Lpa.We got a very good training and placement cell that assist as.More than 30 Companies visit the college like TCS,wipro, Federal Bank, Infosys etc

Life at CET

Likes

The campus had a lot of scenery and was close to nature
There are a lot of helpful events happening on campus frequently.
The management process is very fast and efficient

Dislikes

Some of the faculty are not as good as you would expect

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is very active. You can get internships starting 2nd year and placements starting 3rd year. About 75% of people get placed. Many MNCs like Texas Instruments are consistent hirers. The highest package of 2025 for my course is 1 crpa. The average is about 7 lpa. A student can get 5,6 offers. I plan on higher studies abroad because I want to learn more in-depth about the course.

Life of GEC

Likes

I like the availability of experienced faculties compared to other govt colleges.
Availability of library as central and deprt library.
Ragging free campus and actions taken to avoid that like incident

Dislikes

I don't like the campus surroundinga amd there is no place to explore
There is more placements for chemical engineer graduates in core
Water cooler always shutdown its work and need service

Placement Experience:

I think placement is want to improve their ways .. because there is less options for chemical engineer graduate to join through placements. There are 2 or more companies that is correct are coming for recruitment

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because the curriculum covers key subjects like Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Deep Learning right from the early semesters. The inclusion of electives such as IoT, Cloud Computing, and NLP made it future-relevant and versatile.

My genuine review about my campus life at FISAT

Likes

The faculties are soo supportive and friendly with students
The classes are neat and well maintained with cameras
The campus environment is so good with beautiful gardens , greenfields , ponds ,foundations

Dislikes

Some areas are still under construction which looks a little unattractive
The ground is not available for the students of the campus
Food quality of the canteen has to improve a lot

I am a person who has an intrest in interior designing and construction so for me i choosed civil engineering as the best option The 4 yr course elong with my additional course in BIM has given me ideas and skills for designing and planning The exams are of average difficulty level which can be easily scored

Actually I was not aware of placements as I am studying in 1st year but I think there are better placement opportunities In computer science 95% placement is provided Other departments have less compared to cs

From Classroom to Career: Evaluating the Engineering Journey at NSS

Likes

The faculties were very experienced ones. The campus provide quality education and help students in academics very well. Always provide necessary requirements.
The quality of infrastructure were amazing which include every facilities like library canteens workshops labs that were necessary.
The courses provided by the university is professional ones and are useful degrees for everyone. As well the campus provide placements with good salary package.

Dislikes

Nothing is that much disliked. Students behaviour towards teacher and vice versa should be more good

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester onwards the students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies have visited like TCS, UST, L&T, ALSTOM, etc. Around 500 offers were made in college. The highest package is 11 LPA from Sobha constructions. Around 80% students get placements.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur.
