- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Semester 6 onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Most good tech companies provide placements. Some of the companies are google , microsoft, l&t, marico, wipro, amazon, infosys, tata consultancy services.

- The college has a lot of cultural and technological fests conducted by students and teachers every year.
- Every faculty in the college are well educated and they teach very efficiently.
Dislikes
- There are dogs wandering in the college (not so many,but some) .
- The departments are situated far from each other .Each departments are some distance away from each other (almost 200m).
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is actually trash.This university doesn't follow it.The curriculum is vital for us but the portions are more diluted.The semester end in 3 months or 4months for 6 months . And almost students attend 3 semesters in one year .

- Campus life at college of engineering chengannur is good. We feel so protective in the environment. But there are dogs every where that is a problem. Other wise campus life is beautiful.
- People in the college are so kind and caring. I like the everyone in the college. Seniors are friendly. They dont treat us badly in any way.
- Faculty is also good. Teaching staffs are also very friendly. We can approch them if we find anything hard.
Dislikes
- Toilet are very bad here. Doors are not well functioning. And not so clean
- Dogs are very were in the college. They are just wandering around the college. Eventhough it dont do anything it is difficult for some people
- Academics are so good. But the problem is they only focus on it. There is no other fun programs provided by college.
Placement Experience:
From third year students become eligible for campus placements. The companies that visited college of engineering chengannur are IBM , UST, TCS, INFOSYS, COGNIZANT, IPA PRIVATE LIMITED etc. Highest package is nine lakhs. And average package is about five lakhs and more. So many students are getting placed in different companies. There are many students placed at above mentioned companies. And i would also like to be placed in these companies.

- The faculty is really good . Most of them have phd and good industrial experience. The lab technician are also good. They clear all your doubts and make sure you are capable of doing your own projects. The library is also really nice has many books.
- The college takes high interest in making sure that we learn what is more than in textbooks.There were special class for entrepreneurship to make students intrested in buisness and start ups.
- There are many student run clubs for sports, arts .
Dislikes
- The bathroom facilities is not that good, it could be improved.
- There is no ground to conduct sports, even though there are many courts for basketball, badminton etc.
- There are many dogs inside the campus . It might be an inconvenience for some students.

Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus placement from 5th semester onwards. This year many students got placement in good really good companies. Top companies such as Bosch, tata ,idea, ibm, Verizon,wipro, infosys , cognizant,cisco, huawei have all come for placement. This year some students got in to ibm with a package of nine lakh. Which is this year's highest package. The average package is also not so bad ,it is also around five lakh. Most of the seniors I know have already got placements.

- There will no ragging in this college.Seniors are very friendly and you can keep a healthy relationship with them.
- Teachers are very friendly and they are very professional in their career.
- Forms will conduct many technical workshops.
Dislikes
- Some faculties are not at all good in teaching
- If you wanna enjoy your college life,this college will not suit for you.
- Many street dogs are there. Sometimes it is disgusting.

Placement Experience:
From 3rd year onwards, placement starts in my college.This year many students get placed in the companies like Infosys,IBM etc.Many offers are there and many seniors are getting placed with a decent package.Last year there were 175 offers.9LPA was the highest package of last year.I didn't decided my future plans.Now, I want a stable job after my btech.After that there are many options such entrance exams like SSB,UPSC or if you are interested in entrepreneurship,you can start a company.

- College faculty: The college has good faculty .the faculty Members help the students in their academic journey.
- The teaching is good. The teachers are all well trained and qualified.
- The canteen provide quality food at affordable price.
Dislikes
- The college bathroom facilities is not that much good. Toilet cleanliness is not maintained properly.
- Hostels are little bit far away. Students staying in hostel need to Walk a little distance.
- Academics is only focused. Sports and other extra curricular activities is not much encouraged.
Placement Experience:
The placements are quite good in our college. Any average student who has no back papers can easily get placed. Every year good number of companies visit our college and recruit students. Students are eligible for placements from 3 rd year onwards.

- rading in the campus is strictly prohibited

- some teachers doesnt teaches they just ran through the syllabus
- also some teachers doesnt give internals
- there is no good events and support from some teachers
Placement Experience:
placements are descent.First of all placements are not given they are achieved with skill and knowledge we cant complain college only for it, companies are visiting but only some are being placed because of lack of skill

- The cafe inside the college is one of the saviour
- The students and faculties are so nice and friendly. made many great friends and many memories there so social interaction are very good teachers are friendly and nice vibe
- Very good and friendly teachers and very qualified
Dislikes
- Very poor lab conditions almost everything is old and won't work
- Very less events and programs are there for students
- Poor structures and poor ground for sports

We have a very good placement cell and almost most of the students gets placement there are many big mnc visiting our college for placement like tvs, microsoft etc the highest package offered is 15 lakhs and a avrg of 6 lakh is offered i plan to take mca after btech

- And architecture block block is superb loved it
- The canteen near the law block is good for couples and friends.
Dislikes
- The uncleaned pool in our college its messy
- The mess doesn’t have a queues system and doesn’t have range
- The infrastructure of hostel near the mess is really bad
Course Curriculum Overview:
The electronic and electrical engineering is my passion and I've some skills about in electrical. Frequently labs are conducted to familiarition for the electronics. The teaching methods are good theories and practical also very understandable.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I took ece because the students would get knowledge to both semiconductors and computer. Tge circulam provide best circulam for realworld applications. I suggest if a programing language is teaching they should run the program in computer so that we could know about that.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
