Dislikes

The college hostel are not good as you were paying 82000 for the 3 sheeter hostel room
The timings of the college is very bad you have to come early in the morning and get departure in the evening.
One thing i disliked about this university that is no proper time of exams

What i like about this college is there attendance criteria because of that students come to college.
Teachers of this college is also very nice and they teach us well too and are friendly.
There campus facilities and placements are great.

The autonomous KIET

Likes

I like the curriculum, the college recently became autonomous so it's different from traditional aktu curriculum.
The faculty of first year , AI department they are very supportive.
The students, all are friendly and are supportive.

Dislikes

Lack of events , there are very less events in the college and those are low budget.
Lack of sports ground, you have to play multiple sports on the same ground.
The college size , the college campus is very small compared to other colleges in the area.

Placement Experience:

The college placements in our college is better than the other colleges in the area. It's usually better 4-6 LPA however very less people sit in college placements most usually go for off campus placement and crack good packages usually 20lpa etc. The company which visit our college are TCS, WIPRO, ACCENTURE etc. My plans after getting the degree is to get a job.

College is autonomous. Provide quality of education
Teachers are very good and polite. They guide us .

Dislikes

Mainting 75% overall attendance . As well is in every subject too.

Placement Experience:

At KIET, students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. The college has a strong placement cell that brings in top recruiters every year. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, Byju’s, HCL, Adobe, and Amazon have visited the campus, offering a good number of jobs across technical and non-technical roles.

in the front of my hostel there is a very beautiful Mandir where we often do kirtans
their are many technical and cultural clubs which let us learn different domains
We have a technology business incubator which provides us help to make turn our innovative idea into a business

Dislikes

it have very strict attendance policies, if any if any student's attendance is below 75% he or she will be detained from the subject
in the hostels the wifi support is a bit poor, when the classes are going on the wifii facility is not available in the hostel
the gym area in the hostel is a bit small

Placement Experience:

students are eligible for placements in the third year. Amazon,microsoft,google,facebook,Goldman Sachs,NVIDIA and a many more companies come here. the highest package was almos 60 lakhs and the average package is 5 lakhs Here 90% students gets placed i would opt for a job with which i would serve the society in the domains which i will be skilled in.

College we love.

Likes

Provide opportunities to startups as it has entrepreneurship cell.
Faculties are helpful and provide support if needed.

Dislikes

Campus is not very larger as compared to other top tier colleges.

Placement Experience:

After 6 semesters students are eligible for college placements and companies do visit and hire our seniors . Average package is around 4lpa. The highest package is from Microsoft that is of ?50lpa. One will get decent placement.

Gl Bajaj is a descent college in terms of placement, market value and their strict curriculum.

Likes

I liked the competitiveness in the peers. Also the college has a good market value and outstanding reach other than any colleges in Noida. It has a descent placement records which is better than most of the college.
The college offers you a strict environment especially for 1st year students. There will be no off on Saturdays. Faculties are very disciplined.
In greator Noida Gl Bajaj is considered as the best private college in terms of their curriculum and studious environment and with my experience it's absolutely true.

Dislikes

I personally sometimes fell too exhausted with the college timetable and syllabus. They do not gave us much holidays . The college infrastructure is not great.
For first year students there will be no college life for you . You cannot join in any clubs or societies. You can join different clubs from second year onwards. The faculties will say that you are a fresher you need to adapt in our environment first
College campus is extremely compacted and very small in size. You never get a college vibe here ,you feel like you are in a school. However there are some other private college which have very beautiful campus in Noida.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible from 6th semester for the placement rounds. All the mass recruit companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture,etc as well as big fang companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon comes for placement . However it's not easy to get placement because being in a private college the number of students are large and the offers are very limited. You have to prepare yourself hard and also look for off-campus placements.

I think college should have to built a good infrastructure for loooking
Interaction are not so bad but not also so good it was simple and safe interactions
Teachers are much better than expected. But I think we get A good faculty

Dislikes

Seniors are not so bad but lightly ragging environment
Buildings are not well prepared but well good
Courses are so big taken a large time to complete

I choose this course because of i like computer science, but i can't afford Btech fees . The frequently timing of the exam is that the all exams like ct, sessional, make-up, presentation. These all conduct in 15 to 20 days gap

Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University isn’t a good option for pursuing technical courses. The curriculum followed by the institute is outdated. You will only learn the theoretical aspects of engineering. It doesn’t offer the practical hands-on experience students require to excel in the technical field.

Most students usually get placed in the IT sector, irrespective of their branches. The highlights of recent AKTU placements show the average package offered by the institute to be around INR 2-3 LPA.
