Likes
- campus is greenery and canteen is good.
- there are many canteens in our college .
- library facility is on top notch and books are easily available
Dislikes
- hostel food is not upto the mark and non veg is good
Placement Experience:
on campus placements of 2024 batch is not good . 1 girl is placed in Engineer India Limited (EIL) with package around 18lpa and 3 students get placed off campus in Reliance Industries Limited with 7 lpa

- Affordability of course, one can opt for higher education from abroad after ug from amu
- Campus life is really amazing, around 1100 acres of A.M.U campus
- Traditional department buildings and amazing wonders like strechy hall, Victoria clock
Dislikes
- old traditioned curriculum, course includes subjects that are not Neccessary
- Internal politics in student union and departments
- if you're aiming for it sector jobs you won't find that coding environment but still they are trying to improve
Placement Experience:
7th and 8th semester students are eligible for placements
On campus package median is around 7lpa
highest package 1.2 Cr (off campus)
Mostly students go for higher studies after ug they use to give exams like gate, ese and go for further research
Around 70% students get placed on campus
And am preparing for gate exam

- Teachers have knowledge and are capable of teaching higher stuffs
- Classroom competition is good as there are many students from all over india
Dislikes
- Too many class bunks by students but teachers come and take classes no fault of faculty
- Infrastructure of building is not that good no AC in classrooms
Placement Experience:
From 3rd year companies come and start student internship programmes but in general 4th year students are capable of getting good placements on campus my plans are to go abroad for higher studies.

- Its A Very Good College for engineering. It has nice infra.
- Campus is very large and very clean. And it has good Security also.
- Canteens are Good. They provide you with fresh food and beverages.
Dislikes
- Hostels are not very and the food in hostels isn't very great.
- The professors and the faculty isn't very good too.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course Curriculum is Decent. Not very good, not bad too. Just decent. Exams happen at three times in a semester. At start of the semester, im beginning and at the end of it. Some famous courses like Engineering and Commerce are Good in terms of getting you ready for the real world.

- I liked the atmosphere there. The teachers are quite helpful.
- The quality of teaching is very good and it provides exposure.
- The university is very beautiful and pretty. It is surrounded with nature.
Dislikes
- The hostel are ok but the outing timings are very less. It should be till 8 atleast.
- The college doesn't have that much campus placements.
- As a student of petrochemical engineering i cant apply for chemical engineering jobs .
Placement Experience:
Students of final year ar eligible for placement. Campus placements are not very good. Although many reputed companies visit but the selctions are little low. The average package is around 6-8 lpa and a small percentage of students are selected.

- You will get lots of free time here comparing to 9ther colleges
- The library facilities are good here, which generally remain open till 2 am
Dislikes
- There are no cultural activities, so don't except much
- Literally No exposure to college life, you will think you are still in school life
Placement Experience:
The placement scenarios aren't that great, as i already told in another question the exposure here to college Life isn't that good so you won't be able to gain skills required or help you in gaining jobs. But the Plus point is that here you will get here lots of free time so you know your way around then it's the best college to gain some skills. Bit don't expect others to help you in gaining those skills . You have to do everything on your own

- Infrastructure here is of British type too old
- Infrastructure here gives a vibe of of fort
- Faculty here are most from IIT and are very well qualified
Dislikes
- Weather here is of extrem on both the season
- In summer the tempreture reaches 45 degree
- And in winter season tempered here goes below 5 degree
Placement Experience:
The placement of Aligarh Muslim University is not good because the university is located very far from big city like delhi and the connectivity is not good so the most of the company don't approach our college.

- The culture here is quite good . You get lots of oppurtinities
- The senior junior relationship is best here
- The affordability of things is excellent
Dislikes
- Some methods of doing things are very old
- Lots of nepotism , if someone has a family memeber at some position they take lots of advantage
- Also there are certain groups here which spread violence
Course Curriculum Overview:
The faculty is good .They provide good instructions.
Each have completed their masters and also phds from top colleges of india and also from outsidd india
They all have quite a large teaching experience

- I love the affordability of the course. And teachers are very supportive.
- Students get research work at mitacs gri.
- Students also works very good in the research under professors.
Dislikes
- Hostel facility is not that very good in the college.
- Some professors are get annoyed over little things
- In past couple of years placements held down in the college.
Placement Experience:
From 3rd year of college we start getting placement offers.
L&T and Siemens, Schneider are mass recruiters in our college, usually they offer 200 jobs/year.
In 2022 highest package was 16lpa and minimum was 3.6lpa.
In computer 90% student get placed and in electronics 60-70% students get placed.
I am preparing for GATE examination and I want to get into PSU's.

- The placement i guess is not up to the mark.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is same as that off IITs and NITs as it is a Govt. college of tier1. Faculty ratio is very well and the Teachers are highly qualified , most of them PHDs from foreign universities and IITs ,etc . Many are also from AMU only. But they are highy qualified and Helpfull.
