Infrastructure here is of British type too old
Infrastructure here gives a vibe of of fort
Faculty here are most from IIT and are very well qualified

Dislikes

Weather here is of extrem on both the season
In summer the tempreture reaches 45 degree
And in winter season tempered here goes below 5 degree

Course Curriculum Overview

As most of the teacher here are IIT graduate so they have set the course curriculum as that of IIT and the level of course is also high and for the lab we all know that the lab in engineering college is very good.

The placement of Aligarh Muslim University is not good because the university is located very far from big city like delhi and the connectivity is not good so the most of the company don't approach our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees in Aligarh Muslim University is not very high as of Engineering college fees it is 45000 for whole course and the most of the student also get scholarship so that not a problem and hostel fees here is there only message fees

Campus Life

Social life here is interesting as the people from all over the India come here so there is mix environment and I have opted hostel as the rate of flat here are high and I can't afford it and the hostel fees is free

Admission

Here in Aligarh Muslim University all the course are availed through entrance test if you qualify the test the you get admission and for those who are alumini they have some reservation for them only

Faculty

Faculty of Zakir Hussain College of engineering and technology are mostly graduated from IIT soo there level of knowledge are too high and some of them are from foreign University and they are friendly to interact

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.
