Course Curriculum Overview
I am undergoing electronics engineering as faculty of electronics is absolutely amazing and highly qualified usually all the professors have done their masters or phd's from IIT's or other prestigious colleges. Teachers uses both the hybrid and projector mode to teach in class. Semester duration is of 6 month which includes midsem and endsem examinations
Internships Opportunities
Students get opportunities in MITACS GRI and Infosys, HCL and many IIT's for research internships and also in ISRO, DRDO and many students get placed in Google, Amazon etc from off campus recruitment.
Placement Experience
From 3rd year of college we start getting placement offers. L&T and Siemens, Schneider are mass recruiters in our college, usually they offer 200 jobs/year. In 2022 highest package was 16lpa and minimum was 3.6lpa. In computer 90% student get placed and in electronics 60-70% students get placed. I am preparing for GATE examination and I want to get into PSU's.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is really cheap, one can get best return of investment after studying from zhcet. Eligible students do get both national and state scholarships from the college and many other alumni funded scholarships are also available for deserving students.
Campus Life
Annual fest is ZARF. Many tech fest also take place which are organised by students and professors. All the course books are available for each of students from the book bank with a very nominal charges. Classrooms are well furnished and immersed with new technology. Sports facilities are also good within the college and hostel premises. Here we have cultural and educational center, rpunit website for results and other students information and many other technical clubs are available.
Hostel Facilities
Till 2nd year we get 4 seater room and from 3rd year we get 2 seater and during masters we get single seater room. Meal quality is good and affordable. Once u done with counselling process u can apply for hostel physically only. U can get PG rooms from 2000 to 5000/month near in places like DODHPUR, CHUNGI, SHAMSHAD MARKET etc.
Admission
Eligibility is class 12th from recognised board. Anyone can get the admission form on the offcial website that is amu.ac.in and there is reservation for internal students who have done their intermediate from amu and to get into engineering one should qualify the amueee entrance exam.
