NIT Agartala Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students become eligible for campus placement at end of their 3rd yr. Google, Amazon, Zomato, and Microsoft made near about 15-16 offers and mass recruitment companies also came with huge offers of 80-85%. I hope to get a good placement

From 7th semester onwards placement begins and students becomes eligible. Big Companies like Google and Microsoft visited in recent years. Highest package this year is 52 lpa with the avg package of 10lpa

The placement season starts when a student enter 4th year , i.e. from the starting of the 7th semester companies starting visiting campus conducting placement drives. Few of the companies include Deloitte, AWS, Amazon, Capgemini, Bajaj Motors, Tata motors, Google, Microsoft, Siemens, Texas instruments, The highest placement percentage are achieved in the Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, and the Electrical Engineering department i.e upto 94%. The core branches like civil , mechanical, chemical have a placement percentage of upto85% Lower branches like production and biotechnology have only 80% placement. The highest package was offered by AWS and Amazon of 52 LPA to three students, one from CSE , two being from EE and ECE. Our seniors have also secured very good ranks in competitive exams like CAT and GATE , entered into IITs , IIMs and PSUs. Few cracked the prestigious UPSC and went on to become the IAS, IPS IRS officera. Few went to foreign universities for master

Placememt is good, about 70% students got placed who opted for placement with the highest package being 18 lpa and minimum being 10,000 per month. The average package can be considered to be 6 lpa. I got placed in L&T, other companies like TATA, KEC, ORC, Phone Pay, etc came with 50% being of the CORE type and rest being of Data analyst & SDE type.

From 7th semester, placements start. However from 3rd year onwards their are various paid internship opportunities like Reliance and some other industries which also offer pre-placement offer. A lot of companies visit (talking from mechanical engineering branch perspective). Some of the notable include Vedanta, Tata power, Tata chemicals, JSP, RIL, L&T, Suzuki etc. Very high percentage of students get placed.

Students can get placement here from the campus and after the 3rd year students are eligible for placement session.Mostly 60-70% student get placement every year.After getting the degree I will join the company where I got placed.

Placement is very good every year there is 80%placement and those students don't get placements depertment help them to get entry in IITs for there further studies without giving any exams. And it's has also signed MOU with different IITS like IIT Madras, IIT Delhi etc

The placement within our college is good. The students become eligible to sit for placement from seventh semester. Almost every student maintaining a decent CGPA of 8.0 & above gets placed. The average package offered is around 10-12 lpa. Around 90-95% of students gets placed every year.

Students become eligible for placements from 7th semester onwards and the companies visited includes many reputed companies.. the details can be found from placement cell page in linkedin and institute website. A total of 800+ offers have been provided till now and counting. Highest package is 52 lpa ..average is almost 7.5 lpa. Students also opt for higher studies or getting a pinch of corporate life in job sector.

Campus placements are pretty good in NITA. Many companies visit our campus for recruitment, companies like Google ,Project 44 , Amdocs ,Tata Chemicals, Oracle, Seimens, Genpact, TCS, Tata Power etc. Placement percentage is around 75% +.
