Specific aspects is the faculty. Very highly qualified and good teachers. Overall after completion of the course you will be ready for the placement interviews. A student will have 2 exams in a semester and a few class tests and quizzes. The difficulty level is moderate to a bit hard.

A lot of internship opportunities are provided. Free internship in PSU's like ONGC provide internship. Other renowned companies like Reliance, Jindal etc provide paid internship opportunities with good stipend. I myself got internship at Reliance. Placement cell is very active and internship opportunities are provided from 3rd year onwards.

From 7th semester, placements start. However from 3rd year onwards their are various paid internship opportunities like Reliance and some other industries which also offer pre-placement offer. A lot of companies visit (talking from mechanical engineering branch perspective). Some of the notable include Vedanta, Tata power, Tata chemicals, JSP, RIL, L&T, Suzuki etc. Very high percentage of students get placed.

Tution fee more or less remains same. However for general students it is very high compared to students with qota. SC ST and income bar restrictions can make a huge difference. Nearly 5 to 10 times more has to be paid by general students having family income more than 8 lacs. The complete cost will be around 5.5 to 6 lacs for general students. Scholarships and financial aids are also available.

Biggest annual fests are Moksha(Cultural festival) and Aayam (Technical festival). The library has a huge range and diverse books and journals. All are easily accessible. Library is beautiful and filled with knowledge. For sports, we have a huge sports complex with all sorts of equipments and good infrastructure. Basketball courts, Bedminton courts, cricket and football ground, gym are present. Various clubs and student groups are also there. Tech clubs includes space club, Mbaja, Ebaja, aeronautical club and many more. Entrepreneurship cell is also there, coding clubs, literary clubs etc are also present

The room has a bed, a table, a chair, a cupboard, and few racks. Plug points and switches are also there. Meal quality needs to be improved. Menu is decent but taste is not up to the mark. Hostel registration process is very easy. Just a form and a few documents.

The eligibility of the course is through JEE Mains. One must secure 75% in class 12 and good marks in JEE Mains. Cut off varies from year to year. All the joining is done through JOSAA counselling. Other you just need to do physical verification. The process is very easy. 2 exams in each semester. Difficulty level is moderate to high.

The faculty to student ratio in my branch is good. They are very helpful as well. Classes and class notes are important from the exam point of view. You can interact with them freely. The teaching is also good.
