FFCS. A study who is facing difficulty to study more, can take less number of credits and it will reduce the burden of the students. And the student can also Complete the entire course in 4 years instead of 5years by taking maximum no of credits. ~ Supriya R Patil, B.Sc + M.Sc
Campus Life in Vit is simply magnificent. All types of facilities are provided inside the campus including sport complex and restaurants. The girls to boys ratio in Mechanical engineering is surprisinly high of about 1:7. ~ Mithilesh Angal, B.Tech
AC rooms - Their are AC as well as Non AC rooms available as per convenience.
Placement - The placement system is very robust with atleast 800 companies coming for recruitment every year.
Dislikes
Conservative Strictness about Public Display of Affection and Going out of campus, celebrating birthdays, etc.
Very high fees for the tuition as well as infrastructure (including Hostel and mess)
The project components are very demanding and most of the time not very productive for either the students or professors.
Placement Experience:
For bachelors, students 3rd year start getting offers for internships in good companies like UBS, Citi Bank, Expedia, etc. From the start of 4th year till the end, the actual placement for full-time jobs goes on. In the starting, slot 1 company (the highest paying companies) come and hire the best students within 2-3 weeks. These companies include Microsoft, Amazon, Atlassian, Udaan, Paypal, etc which usually pay higher than 25 lakhs. Followed by this, Super Dream (10lpa+) and Dream(6lpa) companies start hiring. This goes on for the next 6 months when tons of companies come. The college boasts a 100% placement record thanks to service-based companies like TCS and Wipro.
The facilities provided in the labs for the student
The infrastructure and teaching by the teachers
The fests and sports activities as well as the connections to the nearest railway station
Dislikes
Few rules which are strict regarding academics
teachers asking for parents permission for every leave request
The distance between hostel blocks and academic blocks

Reddy's, Bosch, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, Qualcomm, Ashok Leyland, Honda, Ford, Global Analytics, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, and Infosys among others, actively take part in the placement and hiring processes with VIT.
Campus is lovable, green plants, cute animals and the environment.
Placement Experience:
As soon as you complete credits and you don't have any backs you can ssit in placement, which can be as soon as the 5th or 6th sem. I guess 100 per cent of the students get placed. My plans after getting the degree are to get into a good company and provide for it.
More opportunities to the students and explosure to clubs and chapters which helps them to learn more besided academics teach them managing skills and lead the group
The campus is every beautiful and attractive
Biometric systems are installed every where to keep track of students activities
Dislikes
Boys are given extra 2 hrs of outing than girls.
Fees structure is not so affordable for people who's economically background is not strong
Sometimes you have to walk to your hostels back for the mess at afternoon in limited time
Placement Experience:
From 3rd year students are eligible for placements. Companies like Google, amazon, Facebook, and 900+ companies visit VIT every year almost every student is placed. Some students opt for Ms. and some get placements in college after ug.
Decent placements, with good packages. Around 600 companies visit VIT every year for placements. The average package would be around 7-8 lakhs per annum. The highest package in 2022 is above 1 crore per annum.
I like the infrastructure and environment. Greenery is too good here. I like the sports, may be thats why I liked it. And also Library is too good.
Academic buildings are also vast and good. Hostels are having all the needs what we have and exploration is there.
Academics in college are having different aspects like exploring new things with that particular faculty. And the resources are good.
Dislikes
I guess it's too crowded. Nearly 25000 people are studying in campus.
And also the environment, in summer it's too hot.
As well, we have to walk like 600 meters daily to go to College. Every day we used to walk around 2 km.
Placement Experience:
From 2nd year onwards, there are a lot of emails coming to the mail for the purpose of internships in summer. After 3rd year, the placements season starts. I guess this year, almost 700 companies visited. Almost 12000 offers are given to students. The highest package is 1Cr and the lowest is about 4 lakh. 90 % of students will place In companies. My plans are to get a good job.
The course is pretty good and placements are gaurenteed
All in all college life is pretty good and enjoyable
Dislikes
The discrimination on the basis of gender
The rote learning process is mainly followed
There are too many exams and das that leave us no time to focus on learning
Course Curriculum Overview:
This course piqued my interest and also this course is in large demand. The faculty-student ratio is ok. The faculty here put in the effort to teach and are highly qualified. There are two internal exams and one Sem end exam. They are relatively easy to pass.
The campus: the campus is quite large with a lot of facilities.
Hostel life: the food and accommodation has all the necessities.
The poeple and crowd in VIT, there is a good healty competitive environment in VIT.
Dislikes
The fees: it is quite expensive for a private engineering college.
Restrictions: too many Restrictions are placed on the students especially the ones in hostel.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Btech CSE is one of the most rapidly growing and one of the courses with the highest opportunities available in the world as of now. In VIT, the faculty-to-student ratio is about 1:70 on average. Although I wouldn't say that all the professors teach in a way everyone understands, with a little bit of effort it is possible. The exams CAT1 and CAT2 contribute to about 15% of the total percentage of that semester. The exam difficulty is mostly dependent on the faculty you have chosen.
Food of the mess is too good and hostels are also good
Classrooms and teachers are also very good
Dislikes
You have to come to the hostel before 9pm
There is too much crowd on the campuss.
