- One of my senior got placed in Couch Base for 34LPA CTC another got placed in Unilever for 42LPA but this was for CSE and related branches while few of my seniors got decent package from mechanical branch too 8-12L in companies like Mercedes a Euler ~ Anonymous, B.Tech
- FFCS. A study who is facing difficulty to study more, can take less number of credits and it will reduce the burden of the students. And the student can also Complete the entire course in 4 years instead of 5years by taking maximum no of credits. ~ Supriya R Patil, B.Sc + M.Sc
- Campus Life in Vit is simply magnificent.All types of facilities are provided inside the campus including sport complex and restaurants.The girls to boys ratio in Mechanical engineering is surprisinly high of about 1:7. ~ Mithilesh Angal, B.Tech

- I don’t like how the student and faculty ratio is 60-40 ~ Praveen Kumar, BCA
- Lot of exams yearly 3 exams in a semester 2-3 quiz and 1-2 DA ~ Kartik Navnath Narare, B.Tech

- We have to walk a long distance .........
- Money should be paid for the journey from our hostel to try ej main gate in shuttel
- Bat heta waves withou AC we can't survive here
Course Curriculum Overview:
Very impactive on my career and good laboratory sessions and go through real world applications but the attandance is the main issue here we should attend all the classes but much free time to go to skill dev.

- The faculties and the way of their teaching
- The clubs they have and fests they conduct
- The safety and security of the students and importance for the students
Dislikes
- Over intake for each year which makes students over crowded
Placement Experience:
As we know that VIT is one of the most prestigious colleges around India. We get placements from various MNC's and the highest package is 1crore per Annum and average package is around 8-12 lakhs.we can join placements from 3year

- The campus life, sports and the placement
- Campus is pretty huge, green, foodies, greenos
- Woodys samsung etc all places available dominos too
Dislikes
- Too much crowd, only vellore campus has 30000 students
- Fees is on the higher side, 400000 per year
- Transportation issue, no airport in vellore
Placement Experience:
The placements are pretty good. The average package of her college is 9.23 lpa. For computer science it goes higher to 12 lpa. There were 4400 super dream offers this year which means they got a package above 10 lpa

- You can explore wide range of clubs or meet different people. Makes you understand what you are fit off
- Campus is huge & full of greenery. Calssrooms are superb with AC
- Teaching methods & grading techniques. Relative grading provides people to get good cgpa
Dislikes
- Fee is very costly & not affordable fr lower middle class people.
- It is too Hot most of the year. Place filled with humidity. In summers it is hard to breath also
- Campus is crowded as the Intake of students Is hugee
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible to placement from 3rd year last sem. They start doing internships before it. 4th year 1st sem proper big companies starts to come.
Companies visit are TCS,Google,etc software companies.
Highest package this year is 80L. Average package is 8L. 90% of students gets placed in our campus.
My plan is to get a job after degree

- Good teaching facilities with comprehensive courses.
- The club activities being very engaging.
- The tech fest (gravitas) with all of its interesting events.
Dislikes
- Below average mess facilities and menu options
- Lots of internal changes and politics make it hard to expect transparency of information.
- Very high bureaucratic system, makes it difficult to get work done.
Placement Experience:
The training for placements starts from 3rd year itself. Around 900 companies visited in 2023 and many people got placed. There are two kinds of offers - dream and super dream offers. More information can be found on placement tracker section in the official website.

- I liked the vibe of the campus, its a very huge campus and all kinds of extra circulars are available you can have very joyful stay
- I liked the credit system here you can complete your course way earlier as well as you can choose which subjects you want to study
Dislikes
- I didnt like the way they organize huge crowds
- The climate of the city is too bad its very humid and very much hot and the water here is too hard .my hairfall started after joining here
- Not the college but the city in which the college is located is too boring and not much things to do outside canpus
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am geet Avaneesh pursuing my bachelor's in technology at vit vellore I am a second year student.Has a cgpa of 9.56.I am expecting a minimum package of 50lpa . Vit is very good but very strict.Give hard punishment

- The hostel life was very good, i made a lot of friends and am very happy about it
- The fests in VIT are outstanding, we have gravitas a technical fest and Riviera one of the biggest and best fests in india
- The campus life is beautiful, though vellore is a remote place but there are a lot of facilities available near the campus
Dislikes
- There could be AC in all the hostel rooms, and in the theory classrooms
- The population here is huge, there is no place in campus for privacy, whereever ypu go you find people, so dont ask for peace or alone time
Placement Experience:
I am telling about the CSE placements
Though the normal average was 9.14LPA package
But the cse average was almost 12LPA which is decent comparing to many colleges in India,
The placements depend a lot on the CGPA the students get
People scoring above 9 can get a good package,
Above 8 a decent package
And people below 6 are not allowed for the placements,

- The fully flexible credit system, the fests, the dance club
- Exam patterns and the attendance procedure
- Sports facilities and food canteens inside the university
Dislikes
- Too long to walk from one block to another
- Pretty crowded during busy times and can be irritating
- Climate of Vellore is very unimaginable and keeps bothering
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is so good and the main reason for choosing this course and college is their ffcs system where you can choose your own faculties. It gives you more freedom in choosing your time table as per choice.
When you choose faculties by yourself and not any blacklisted ones, the classes will come or pretty good. And good facilities will give you good marks in exams

- I liked the academic curriculum. It helps to improve our efficiency and also make us realize what is our weakness and where we need to improve.
- I liked rules and regulations of college . We need to follow these rules otherwise we will get severe punishment. It also maintains discipline in college.
- I like our placement. I am now in 2nd year and our all 4th year students got placement.
Dislikes
- There is huge distance between various colleges. We need to walk a lot and also in afternoon it's really hot.
- There is huge crowd which increases competition a lot which decreases package of students.
- There is a lot strictness for girls and they have to obey it, otherwise they will be fined or removed from college.
Placement Experience:
Campus placements are good here. from 7th semester we can sit for placement.Many big companies are visited and almost everyone gets placement.Highrst package is 1.05 crore and average package is 17 lakhs. After getting degree I will sit for placement.

THERE IS A THING NAMED FFCS AFTER THAT WHICH MEANS FULLY FLEXIBLE CREDIT SYSTEM . YOU HAVE THE LIBERTY TO CHOOSE HOW MANY CREDITS YOU NEED in each semester . That's how it works in VIT VELLORE . BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT YOU MAY GET BLACKLISTED FACULTIES IF YOUR INTERNET DIDN'T WORK WELL THAT TIME
